Alex V. is genuinely a hair magician! I never leave reviews but had to because of what an exceptional job she did. I came in with over 2 years of black box dye, hoping to get back to blonde. I didn’t expect anything crazy for the first session, maybe a dark brown, because I know how hard black dye is to lift. After 6 hours with alex, was at a light ashy blonde! My hair is not badly damaged either! She was so kind and fun to work with, and guided me through each step of the process. She transformed my hair and I feel so much more confident. I would highly recommend her to anybody, especially for a color correction! I will definitely be going back to her. I attached pictures of the insane transformation she achieved in only one session. I recently had the pleasure of getting a Brazilian blowout from Kit, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Kit is not only a talented stylist but also an absolute pleasure to be around. From the moment I walked in, their warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease.

The Brazilian blowout itself was fantastic—my hair feels so smooth, shiny, and frizz-free! Kit took the time to understand what I wanted and tailored the treatment perfectly to my hair type. They also gave me a fabulous haircut that really enhanced my look. It's clear that Kit has a great eye for detail and a deep understanding of hair.

I left the salon feeling like a new person, and I've received so many compliments on my hair since! If you're looking for a stylist who excels at both Brazilian blowouts and haircuts, I highly recommend Kit. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I just went in to get my nose re pierced for the 3rd time tonight and I just want to say that Jeremiah was fantastic! I will definitely be using him to get all piercings from now on. If you’re looking for a place to get your piercings you guys will NOT be disappointed!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Jeremiah, out of the 3 times I’ve had my nose pierced, this time was perfect! Exactly what I was looking for.

Scarlett at Riot hair lounge is one of the best in the business! Not only does she provide you with education on how to take care of your hair and color, she provides top quality results!! I have known her for many years and always wanted her to do my hair, finally I pulled the trigger and made my appointment and… let’s just say… I won’t have anyone else touch my hair ever again - only Scarlett!! Alex was amazing!!!! I really wanted that golden brassy look out of my hair. I came in with a photo and she absolutely perfected it. What I wanted took a few sessions but finally my hair is where I’ve always wanted it to be. On top of all that she even let me have fun with the sessions and choose from her fun array of foils to use!! My hair has always had problems with remaining healthy after coloring but my hair feels as healthy as ever. I will Definitely be returning, finally found a salon I trust.

This was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a hair salon. My hair had blonde highlights and I had that were pretty orange and the stylus said that she would be able to make them more blonde. We also discussed putting a bit of pastel pink color in there. Showed her a picture and everything it took about four hours for her to bleach it to the same if not more orange than it was before. She also put a purple hair dye on my hair that looked like I dyed it when I was 16 years old. Also with any of the color or bleach she didn’t go anywhere near my roots so it look like I did not just get my hair done. Then after six hours and it’s still not looking even close to being OK she had another client come in and just left me there literally crying my eyes out I had been there for so long and she was now working on someone else and had no sympathy it was basically just accusing me of not knowing what I wanted even though it was just absolutely ridiculous.
I left with wet unstyled hair because I was so upset and I couldn’t just sit there any longer. She charged me $400 to completely ruin my hair.
Afterwards I try to talk to her about how I was gonna have to get it redone and I would really like my money back and she was so rude to me she told me that she had been doing it for years and that it was my fault and it was just so unprofessional it was insane. Finally we got half of the money back after having to talk to the manager and try to figure it all out but really it was absolutely traumatic.

Please do not get your hair done by Nylan. Super unprofessional and I went to another salon and they were like this person shouldn’t even have a license to do hair this is ridiculous.

I randomly called Riot 5 years ago (maybe more) after finding some of the stylists on Instagram and seeing their great work. I scheduled an appointment with Kate and I haven’t stopped going back! Kate is amazing, she’s transitioned me from a brunette to a blonde and back again a few times now. She always makes sure to maintain the integrity of your hair but also giving you what you want!
