They were able to squeeze us in on the same day! When we arrived, it was so lovely inside. Nice, cold water and many amazing skin products to look at. They were extremely personable and put my 13 year old daughter right at ease. I inquired about the various services offered, and they were EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back for more services even though I live in Los Gatos - I am that impressed.

I booked the VIP package for my birthday this past weekend. After reading the reviews, I felt that this was the right place for me and I wouldn’t be disappointed. I was right — I felt absolutely pampered! I was on cloud 9 as I was waking out the door.

The price was excellent considering the fact that I had a full hour facial, full hour massage, champagne, and went home with two full-sized products that the aesthetician recommended to me.

If you ever need a facial, SUPER highly recommend Shawna. She is super approachable and has years of experience. Have struggled for a long time with dry skin, and she's helped me bring back my glow into my brown skin. She's never let me down 🙂

I had an amazing first facial experience with Ariel! She was so personable and friendly; I felt immediately comfortable and relaxed. I actually booked a microdermabrasion facial online, but after a brief consult about my medication history and skin issues, Ariel suggested that I have the hyaluronic acid facial instead and I have no regrets about switching! She is truly so knowledgeable and careful and made me feel super pampered. I’ll definitely be coming back to Ritual just because of how great my experience was!

Went in to get my eyebrows waxed (since it's been over a year). I had Elle wax them and she did an amazing job. Out of the few places I've gone to before it always hurt when it came to waxing and tweezing, but with Elle doing it, it was painless. Thank you Elle for the wonderful service. I LOVE Ritual Day Spa! Julie is a miracle worker. It's been 2 days since my custom facial and my skin still feels amazing. She helped get my skin on track for my wedding earlier this year so I truly glowed on the big day. I've also had a massage here and honestly it's one of the best I've had. I highly recommend visiting!
