My experience with this company has been costly! Installed solar heating in 2015. Every spring when the solar was turned on it leaked on the roof. This was every year until 2 yrs ago when it was fixed properly. We were told by 2 roofers and 2 handymen that the panels were not installed correctly and were causing leaks in our roof. This year the leaks came through in 2 bedrooms. We had to put a new roof on one side of our house $6,855. Fix ceilings in 2 bedrooms, drywall cost $1,300. Painting 2 ceilings (2 coats) $1,200. Before this year th e costs incurred were, handyman costs to temporarily patch leaks$900. and handyman cost 2 x before for leaks $320. Called David to ask for help, received return call 2 days later. He told us they did not have anyone to send out and told us to call a handyman. NICE! Poor workmanship AND bad service. I feel Roger's Pool owes me some money. Beware!!!!!!

They have been our pool/spa maintenance and repair guys since we have lived here (over 5 years). We have a solar panel heating system which they maintain. They come once a week and do a great job. We had a pump go out last year and the repair costs were reasonable. These guys know how to take care of all your pool and spa needs.

I'm a property manager and I called Roger's Pool and Spa for help on an issue I couldn't get resolved and they were amazing! They were quick to respond and have since helped me with 2 separate issues. I am not close but they made the time to come to the house and get it done. I cannot recommend them enough, they really made my job so much easier and I am so appreciative!! Thank you!!

Called to inquire if Roger’s stocked the de filters I needed … they checked and assured me they were available. Holiday weekend Friday so asked when they will close… “1pm”. Arrived at 12:40pm, locked up & nobody around. Wasted my time & gas !!

I have always been very pleased by the excellent and helpful service I receive at Roger's Pool and Spa Service. Please not their address needs to say "Gravenstein Ave SOUTH" since there is also an equivalent but wrong address at "Gravenstein Ave. North"

Our above ground pool turned green....really green. We went to Roger’s for advice on what to do. They were very helpful, tested our water, explained the different issues, gave us the chemicals that we needed and explained what to do to fix the issue. Let’s hope it works!

Service given at Roger's Pool Supplies is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Please note, Google currently have the address as Gravenstein Avenue, Sebastopol, which defaults to North. It should be 960 Graventstein Avenue South, which is at the junction of Fircrest Ave and route 116 (west).
