What an absolute delightful time I had at Rose Mountain. It began with a peaceful moment on the patio overlooking the Sacramento River. Hailey came in to escort me to my massage room. I was already relaxed as I slid onto the massage table. The oils and massage itself were AMAZING! I then enjoyed a facial which was one of the best I have ever had.
This place is centrally located in Redding with tons of parking. You will love it!

I had the most amazing & peaceful experience at Rose Mountain Healing Arts!!! I received a sound bath, yoga therapy, a massage using high-quality products, and a facial with red light therapy. All of the stuff Hillary uses is made from natural ingredients, and she is extremely talented at what she does! My body has never felt better, and my skin feels renewed & glowy. Holistic & glam! I couldn’t recommend a better place to go to for any spa services. Not to mention the view! I could rave over this place all day long ? xoxo, Barbie!

What a gift! Hillary was attentive, gracious calm. My massage experience felt like a million dollar spa. The setting is exquisite. Hillary also spoke very highly of her other therapist which made the environment feel so welcoming. And THE VIEW. The BEST!!!!

Loved the Baccal facial from Rose Mountain Healing Arts! Evie is so talented and gentle as she released the tension in my jaw and face muscles. Highly recommend this treatment as well as the lymphatic massage by Hillary! Their location is beautiful with views of the river. All organic products too!

Omg! Incredible! Hillary and her massage therapist were amazing. Super cute aesthetic and the massage room made you feel like you were in a whole other world! Everything was beautiful. I LOVED the fact that the massage table/bed was heated! I’d never experienced that before! Janelle was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable on muscles and triggers for the body. She found and touched ALL my spots/knots and I truly left feeling a bit more healed and sooo revitalized. The atmosphere, all of it was just perfect. I highly recommend Rose Mountain Healing Arts- they will take the best care of you! ❤️?‍♀️

I recently visited Rose Mountain Sanctuary for their signature Japanese hair spa treatment, and I'm still reeling from the incredible experience! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere put me at ease.

The owner Hillary, was absolutely delightful and took the time to understand my hair concerns. The before and after imagin of my scalp was amazing. The treatment itself was sublime - Mount Shastas fresh water pouring into your scalp, the gentle scalp massage, nourishing hair mask, and the rosemary tea at the end of the scalp facial left my locks feeling silky smooth and looking vibrant.

What truly impressed me was the attention to detail and personalized care. Rose Mountain Sanctuary uses only the finest organic products, and it shows in the results.

I've never felt so pampered and relaxed. The spa's commitment to Japanese hospitality and expertise shines through in every aspect. The touch of sound noise treatment at the end was so peaceful.
