I came here for a gel manicure and pedicure before my wedding the following day. My nails looked great, even after doing a ton of lifting and carrying and cleaning up after the wedding. Thank you Rose!

This shop reuses there supplies and do not santized the pedi tubes after each use with any antibacterial sprays or disinfectants just sprays it down with water. They re reuse the plastic scrubbers to scrub your feet over and over they’re warped down and visible at the sink. They will also help other ppl before you even if you call a week out in advance to get an appointment. Just super rude about it and then will make you wait which is also rude when you as a customer go out of your way to schedule an appt in advance. I’ve also sat plenty of times getting a mani and pedi while they talk in Vietnamese loud and talk about customers in Vietnamese . Will never go back there again!

I've been going since March to get acrylics done - never have had a problem until recently (except with their cleanliness sometimes). A week after getting a fill I had three nails literally pop off and then both thumbs just two days later. I maybe would understand if I had a hands on job that would be the reasoning, but I have an office job and am not doing extreme things with my hands. When I called to see if they could fix them/give a discount, she was very rude and completely against it. She said sometimes without their knowledge that the acrylic they use is old and that if I didn't use my hands so much, they wouldn't fall off. It's unfortunate because they have talent and I would love to go back. But the economy sucks these days and I can't afford to waste money again in fear my next set will pop off. What's the point in getting a fill if the set is literally going to pop off in just a few days? This is something I get to do to spoil myself but instead its just become an inconvenience. By the end of the conversation - she was ignoring me and talking with someone else in the back ground. When I said hello, three times, she then yelled, WHAT DO YOU WANT? I apologized and thanked her for her time and let her know that I would give a bad review. She thanked me and hung up. They lack professionality, cleanliness, and just flat out respect. They will never get another $ from me again.

The below review is not correct, rose and her staff clean between each visits and have the proper barriers for covid regulations and of course wear masks. Other than that, their work is great, their nails last at least 3 weeks, color and all and they do what you want them to do my nails are always getting compliments! They have great quality at a great price. Waxing is also a great job, she makes it comfortable for you. I recommend roses 100%!!!

I think they did a fairly good job. I give them 4 stars because I found them to charge what I think was a bit much when I paid $45 just to polish my nails with gel. No tips or filling required.

2 nails broke on the first day also they did not let my nails dry long enough and they had a bunch of stuff sticking to them and one got messed up then I went back to get them fixed and then another 2 broke recently. all happened in A week. will not be going back we made appointments and she’s was still taking clients as she was in the middle of doing our nails not professional!! not to mention they don’t sanitize or wipe down any of the stations before seating you, no covid regulations?
