I'll be honest - when my wife hired Mae Edge as a Doula, I didn't even know what they did. But she was tremendous for us! Very proactive and educational, walking us first-time parents through the pregnancy and childbirth process. Her classes used a variety of experts who I definitely learned a lot from. My wife is a Registered Nurse who worked with newborns, and was very happy with the whole Sage team.

We had a 'normal' hospital delivery, and Mae was a seamless compliment to the medical staff, never interfering and making my wife more comfortable (better than I could!) and being a very knowledgeable extra set of hands. And she grabbed us dinner a couple of hours after delivery!

Afterwards, she checked in and got us off to a great start. We have a happy and health 8-week old, and Mae was a critical part, can't recommend her enough.

Can’t say enough to recommend Sage Wellness and my doula Mae. We recently welcomed a baby boy into our family and received excellent care and support from the moment we started working with Mae. We also took the childbirth class course which helped us prepare for our new arrival with great information and support. As a Nurse, having a doula helped me relax and focus on me and baby’s needs versus think about all the ways things could go wrong, and my doulas support in the hospital was a great addition to the medical team, not only for me but also for my husband. If we have another baby I look forward to incorporating Sage again.

The reviews speak volumes about Sage Wellness. My first visit was for IV hydration, that gave me a chance to see what the wellness part of Sage had to offer. Before my first visit was over I knew I had found a place that truly cares about your health and well-being. I had an appointment booked to see NP Kizie within a few days. At the appointment we discussed what I was looking for, Kizie definitely listened and explained a plan that would make a difference in my health and well-being. Off to get some lab done, I believe if the results had come back earlier then a Friday afternoon I would have been able to start that day. There is no having to wait for weeks to get an appointment, they scheduled me that Friday for a appointment on Monday. Today will make week three of TRT. It is making a difference!

I saw Rachel for a Postpartum appointment and to work on my daughters latch. She was extremely nice and helpful! She also reassured me in my feelings and made me feel so much better about nursing and breastfeeding so that I could make the best decision for me and my daughter.
The facility overall is very welcoming and clean. And everyone there is extremely friendly!
I definitely recommend at least reaching out to them if you have any pregnancy or postpartum questions!

I saw Rachael for a lactation consult and she was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns, asked questions, and guided me through correct positioning/latching. She suggested many different techniques and products to boost my milk supply. She’s also followed up with my progress and encouraged me. I would recommend her to anyone! Overall, Sage Wellness has a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere!

The entire team is great! Mae assisted my daughter through her labor and delivery. Not only was she a tremendous coach but her demeanor and approach was calming. On that day without Mae by our side - I don’t know how we would have made it. She helped us through all anxiety and emotions. She is very intentional and understanding and listens to your concerns.
