Horrible experience! The guy who did my nails cut my nail on the sides without asking me. Did not get any of my dead cuticles but managed to cut my skin. I’m so upset!!! I did not have broken nail for him to have a reason to do this!! Now my nails are going to grow into my skin. I’m also pretty sure they over charged me because he knew I was upset and possibly not tip. Also, the file was disgusting and very used. I will never ever go to this place again.
OSHA/ state board need to come in and check this place.

Had a nice young lady who did an awesome job on my first visit. But it was down hill from there. Had yhr older lady on my second visit who cut into the side of my big toe and drew blood, did no skin removal and a baby paint job. Also,on my third visit I had the owner who hollers at customers who walk in and doesn’t pay attention to his work. Very disappointing!

The lady that did my pedicure did not do a good job at all! She was very rough scrubbing my feet, tore the side of my foot.
Proceeded to give me one of the worst /messiest nail polish jobs I could have done much better myself!
I got home and put some antibiotic spray on my foot. Still burning .

I will not be coming back!

I hadn't planned on getting a pedicure today, but the car wash place was taking forever so they told me to try this place called Saigon Nails. I figured I had two hours until my car was complete so sure why not.

I'm so glad I did! This isn't your average salon. The staff and the customers are like one big happy family I've never been to a nail salon where I felt like I was meeting new friends. Not only does everybody know each other's name, but they know about their lives (kids, schools, etc). I felt immediately part of this new group of people and plus my nails look amazing. Tony and the staff show so much love and kindness to each and every client that was in there.

I will definitely be back! <3

I normally never leave reviews but I was just so upset when I left. I went in for a fill and she was very sloppy. I had to ask for her to go over spots that she completely didn't apply acrylic or polish to. She also made them so thick and bump. I have never has a set of nails look so horrible. As soon as I got home took them right off.

I have been coming to Helen for 10 years! She is at the location by Manuel's. SO good!!!
