The manager is the worst! She has the worst attitude and all she cares about is how she’s making her money and not if the costumers are pleased. She recommends products just to recommend them. She doesn’t even know what is for what. Not to mention, one of the girls was left on her own to charge while there was costumers asking for help and about 4 in line ready to be charged. The worst experience. I now know to shop online because going in is no help. 0 starts.

Honestly it's the best sally's I've been to! Amazing customer service I got help from a young girl named Janet, she was very helpful got me to the color I wanted and she was just so energetic and willing to help. In addition to that it is one of the most organized sally's I've seen The ladies seem so helpful and very into their job. I will be definitely going there more often.

First time in the store and had the worst customer service experience! When i asked the young hispanic sales girl with long dark curls if they carried Moroccan Oil products she led me down an aisle and handed me an aragan oil product. I said, "thank you, but I'm looking specifically for Moroccan Oil products." She grabbed the product from my hand and said, "This is what I have lady, take it or leave it!"

I stared at her in disbelief. This is customer service? What happened to saying, "sorry we don't carry that product" ?

I will never go in that store again and the manager should fire her!

Prices are good, my products I am seeking are always there, recently went there on a Saturday morning, wasn't busy at all. There is obvious theft, due to it being in watsonville, so to get certain hair dye, bring the box from the shelf and the cashier gladly gives you your dye. I wish capitola would have a sallys,

Most of the people are very helpful and they always have the products I am looking for. But sometimes the phone calls break up/aren't good. Still the best Sally's around.

Nice store but do not I repeat DO NOT ask the sales ladies for advice on hair color especially if your going for the colorful stuff they have no clue what they are talking about and will let you fry your hair!
