I received an incredible haircut from Suzanne and one of the stylist apprentices there was very nice. However, I was denied a lash extension service because the stylist stated that I was tense and my “energy” was rigid. These judgements were made despite the fact that I was friendly and cooperative, if only nervous from past haircuts.

Suzanne is awesome! She colored, foiled and cut my hair beautifully. She takes her time before hand to listen and go over styles and color best suited for you. I’ve been to her twice now and I have been absolutely thrilled both times!!!!

Made an appointment for a haircut, I spoke to two people in this process. When I arrived and no one was there. The place was closed and locked, I tried calling, no answer. I left a voicemail and no one returned my call to explain why I was blown off. I understand that things come up, but to not respond to me is completely unacceptable of appropriate business practice.
If you want services, don’t bother with this place!

I’m a student at Mt.Edgecumbe Highschool and I had an excellent haircut/style experience at Salon 264 with Suzanne. She is approachable and very kind. I like how she asked me questions about my lifestyle to get an idea about what I wanted. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing and showed me how I can get the same look at home. I would definitely recommend this salon. She also does lashes and can’t wait to make an appointment with her.

I love going to Suzanne and Salon 264. It's a peaceful, quiet haven and the best in town for getting a great style with full services offered. The prices are in line elsewhere in town and in places like Anchorage (or all over). She is super receptive to listening to what you want and helping you achieve the look you are after. I liked the other comment about "not full of mindless chatter". I highly recommend!
