I have been Anabelle’s client for over 15 years , I love how she does an excellent job at making sure my visit is a happy experience. She goes above and beyond to give me the best quality of service and listens to my hair needs , I always walk away with a good feeling an a smile on my face , feeling younger and sexier 🙂 … I usually go for highlights and deep conditioning, the products they use are great quality and they leave my hair smelling great for days … Anabelle is simply the best !!!

I made an appointment at this salon ahead of time. I came on time on the day of my appointment and was informed that the stylist didn’t come to work. I didn’t get any text or update about my appointment. However, one of the stylist, maybe the manager too, apologized about the whole thing. She asked me if I’m willing to come back in the afternoon for she has a spot open, which is 5:15pm. I agreed to it and was happy to give it another try. I came back at 5:10pm and took Uber so I will not be late on the same day.The stylist approached me and said I’m early. I reminded her that my appointment is 5:15pm. That’s when she said she’s still with another client and might attend to me after 20 to 30 min. So I said just cancel it. I understand that sometimes things happen, but it would be nice to inform the clients through text or email.

Went there for my 18 year old daughter. She had bleached and dyed it. Max totally fixed her hair. He did a wonderful job. Is a super nice guy and made her feel comfortable. You need a color, cut or style go see Max at Salon 815.

Worst haircut I have ever received. The cut is not even. After the first snip, I complained to the cutter (she said she’s a good cutter) the cut might be too short - she ignored me and kept on cutting. My hair was very long because I did not get a haircut since covid-19 shutdown. I asked for a lot of volume. After she cut it shorter than what I asked for, she said she could not produce volume because my hair was too short! She said come back in 3-4 months so she can continue work on it. Have sad short hair for the next 2 months feels worse than the ~$80 I spent on it.

I love this place. The woman really took care of me and massaged me, cleansed me, filed me, did everything possible in a nail salon to me. My mani-pedi lasted for more than a week too!
