I came to this salon looking for a full balayage, after not having dyed my hair in over 6 years. My stylist was very nice, the salon was organized and clean. After the consultation with my stylist she did inform me that I wouldn’t be as light as I wanted the first time without causing damage to my hair, which was understandable and was okay with. They do have you sign a contract *prior* to the service being completed that you and the stylist are on the same page about the style you’re looking for. After leaving the salon, I did notice my hair was not as light as i wanted but understanding that the color would be a process to get to, the more I looked at my hair I noticed their was a lot of hair that wasn’t actually bleached. I contacted the salon the very next day in regards to fixing the tone and trying to get the rest of the hair bleached. They offered to fix the tone but did say I needed a new appointment for a full balayage once again at the same full price (I paid around $350), I tried to explain that the color of the hair that was bleached is not issue, more so that so much hair was teased out it almost looks like I received just highlights in my hair when I paid for a full balayage. I was willing to schedule a second appointment, but the salon and salon manager was not willing to do some sort of discount or even partial refund after I explained the results are not necessarily what I was looking for, and that it could’ve and should’ve be able to happen in one session. The streaks in my hair were very chunky and not very well blended towards the back and there was so much brown still in my hair that did not get colored at all because to much was teased out. I decided to cancel my appointment just because I think there was some sort of miscommunication happening, where the salon thought I was looking for the tone only of the hair but it was more that I didn’t have enough of my hair actually dyed. I did end up having to go to another salon, where I did get my hair fixed (needed it fixed asap because I’m going to be in my best friends wedding next weekend). I know this salon meant well and they were professional, just not very willing to make their mistake right. There is an updated photo of my hair FIXED from a new salon.

This is the second time I’ve gone here and the second time I’ve had to go back to get it fixed. The first time was back at their old location and I had gotten a bob that was very uneven and chunky but figured it was just a stylist problem so I decided to try it out again. Luckily the lady who fixed my hair this time around (Daniella) made it look much better, but before that my layers were incredibly jagged, one side was longer than the other and there were spots that stuck out that were longer. It’s unfortunate that we had to take more length off to fix it. I only wanted about 1.5 inches off but after all said and done it’s now closer to 2.5-3 inches. I’ve been growing my hair out for years and it grows incredibly slow so it’s a pretty big disappointment. It’s a very nice salon and the people are very friendly, but my original cut was so bad I don’t know if I’ll return.

Daniella cut and styled my hair. She did a great job and was very helpful and patient with my decision on what best cut would work for me!
I got many compliments on my hair! I recommended her to friends and family!
* I also got a facial, but that wasn’t one of the choices on the services that i could check off. But that was equally great and I will definitely be back to have another facial soon!

Was beyond pleased with my haircut! I came in with a broken shoulder in a sling and told them when appt was made that I couldn’t lay down to get my hair washed n if they could just spray it go cut it Reems was very understanding n did great listening to my needs that I needed back shorter because can’t do any styling now until after therapy. She did a stylish cute cut just what I wanted. My husband loved it as well Thank you so much!?

Her techniques for tones and hairstyles gave my gray hair a beautiful natural look and lovely modern style. I’ve been going to Salon Blissful for two years. Excellent experience.

This was my first visit to this salon, or any for quite a long time, and I was so happy with the results!! ? I believe my stylist was Vanessa, and she was amazing for the entire process. She communicated everything to me prior to doing it and made sure I was happy with the results. She also informed me of how to care for my hair after to prolong the color. I really enjoyed my experience, and I love my new hair color!!

I had my haircut by Reem and I could not be happier with the outcome! She did an amazing job and really took her time getting exactly what I wanted done. I asked for a very precise blunt cut bob and she delivered exactly what I asked for.. she made the process seamless and so comfortable, she went step by step and asked for my input throughout the session to ensure my full satisfaction. Her haircut knowledge is so nice to have, will definitely be back with her for my future cuts.

I love this place! The new location looks great! I always get my hair cut by Reem at 83rd and Thunderbird, she does a beautiful job every time! She’s so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend booking with Reem!
