I honestly couldn't be happier with my results. I came in from getting my hair done at a different salon with hair that felt halfway done. The highlights looked more like chunky streaks. And the bleach looked way too bright against my dark hair. The highlights weren't blended and I felt embarrassed to do anything other than leave my hair down and try to hide the highlights. Lisa came in and delivered everything I had originally wanted with her color correction. She blended the hair to make it look so much more natural and I'm beyond happy with how it looks now. I will be returning to her with all of my hair needs from now on! I added my before and after pictures for reference.

If I could give them six stars I would! This is easily the best haircut I have gotten in years. Lisa was very friendly, professional, and a joy to get styled by. I felt quite ignorant going into the appointment as far as what I wanted or was looking for in a hair and beard style. She didn't miss a beat, gave me great advice, and worked with me until I was looking like a whole new man. I'm so happy with the results, and most importantly, so is my girlfriend! I will definitely be booking an appointment again with her and will highly recommend her to anyone I come across. You can't go wrong with Lisa!

I chose this salon based on its shining reviews which is why I feel the need to post my own. The price of my service was raised over $40 without any consultation or discussion of the increase. I’ve also attached a photo of my hair taken a day after I went in for a full foil. I last received a full foil five months prior, and you can see a very clear 2.5” (five months) of growth. $300 for this.

When I called back to clarify, the receptionist, Renee, was absolutely vile. I worked in the service industry for six years. In absolutely no position that I've worked in, would the interaction I had with her be deemed appropriate let alone professional.

I then discussed my experience with the manager. She failed to address the price increase, quality of service I received, and customer service. She only had to say that the price goes up during consultation - once again, I was never consulted. If she cares to say otherwise, I’m more than happy to include our exchange in the review.

I've had my hair professionally highlighted for six years across three states, never have I EVER had an experience like this.

I got a simple trim. The lady barely scrubbed my head and forget the chair head massage, that did not exist either. The real kicker is listening to the lady cutting my hair talk about her personal affairs, I like to get my haircut in peace and not say a word and this young gal never stopped talking. At the end being charged a fee for YOUR business’ recycling was tacky, if you choose to be more organic then you should pay for that and not pass those fees to your patrons. For $50 and a 35 minute wash, cut and dry for therapy and complaining for me paying the young gal to cut my hair, avoid at all cost of you want peace of mind. I would have been off at great clips!!!
