I had a massage today with Carla and it was so good I involuntarily cried because the relief was unbelievable. After my massage I did a one hour float. The water is as warm as your body so you don't feel the water and the salt keeps you afloat so your whole body can relax and let go. If you need to completely relax and recharge you should book a day here! Everything is super clean and well maintained. Salt and Sea is a very welcoming and refreshing environment.

If you have an athlete this is a must do! My student son is a football player and did a float session to help with his muscle tightness & inflammation. He came out and felt amazing. When I tell you that we will be back weekly and the results are immediately felt. I am not kidding.

Came with my whole family for a last minute Christmas gift spa day. I rented out the salt room - they brought in extra chairs so we could all fit in one session, then coordinated and catered to what each individual requested on the spot (sauna, cold plunge, float tanks, facials). All on Christmas Eve Day! Great service, highly recommend, I and my family were extremely satisfied.

I had an amazing time! Wheelchair accessibility. If floating and you have needs which would require assistance wear a swimsuit and bring someone who can help. Transferring can be tricky. Such a calm, soothing, wonderful appointment. Float followed by a facial. Will be back soon!
