I had an amazing experience with Nelli for a scalp treatment! I was so happy to find her through a Google search and booking my appointment was quick and easy. Nelli was super friendly and took the time to ask about my scalp concerns before getting started. She made me feel completely relaxed and pampered during the treatment. I was diagnosed with scalp psoriasis eight days ago by my dermatologist and not only was it horrific, I feel like it was even worse than what I thought it would be. I went to Nelli 7 days ago for the first time not only did she make me feel so comfortable, she didn’t judge how my scalp looked, she listened to my concerns and gave me referrals and suggestions on products of what I should use. We set up a game plan as I am getting married in less than three months and want a healthy and clean scalp. Today I came back one week later for my second session with Nelli And the improvement within those seven days has been astronomical. One of the best experiences, I have ever had! Nelli had everything perfect. She has the perfect ambiance, the perfect touch, etc. she created such a relaxing experience from the start. She helped me understand and learn about my scalp. I always knew I had a sensitive scalp but it’s much more sensitive after what she showed me. She worked her magic and completely refreshed my scalp. I highly recommend Scalp Spa by Nelli! Upon arrival, I was greeted and asked about my current hair care regiment and things that affect my scalp. I loved that was able to lay down and relax. The bed was heated and there was a nice foot pad for my feet. I was also given a blanket and a towel to put over my chest so I wouldn’t get wet during the scalp treatment. After the analysis of my scalp with a cool magnified camera and some discussion, we began with the treatment. We started with a light dry brush process then proceeded to the hair oiling that included oils like jojoba oil, castor oil, and rosemary oil. This felt very invigorating and refreshing. We then proceeded after to a K18 treatment which smelled amazing and some other hydrating treatments. I also got to experience the sprinkler rinse that’s viral on TikTok and instagram, was so cool. We also then did a final analysis my scalp with the camera which really showed a substantial difference. And finally we finished with a blow dry of my hair. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and my hair felt so light. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Nelli!!

It has been a week since I got my scalp treatment done .My package was the deep wash and style and Nelli did not disappoint! The entire experience was amazing and super relaxing. My hair & scalp still feels so flawless, clean and smooth. She had a camera which takes pictures or your scalp and it’s amazing when you see the before and after photos !

I highly recommend all her treatments she is so knowledgeable on explaining and helping you get your scalp healthy again. She recommends different techniques and products.Leaving her studio I was already thinking that I am going to schedule a detox treatment next!
