There is no point in a making an appointment. I had an appointment for 11:00 AM with William, even showed up 15 minutes early. To get greeted to “you have people in front of you”. If this was the first time then okay, but it was not. There has been multiple occasions where I make an appointment, show up early, or on time, and just get told you have people in front of you. The sad thing is, they give decently good haircuts, but the service is just not what is use to be. They use to have a barber that worked there named Brett, he was by far their best barber. Brett opened his own barber shop a while ago. If you want better haircuts better service and actually have your haircuts on time, I would highly recommend going to Brett’s barber shop.

I have never experienced worse customer service. I walk in and was told to wait ten minutes for one of three barbers not cutting hair to be done eating his lunch. 15 minutes go by AND THE OWNER watches me wait as his workers smoke or do whatever expect cut hair. Terrible terrible terrible! Definitely not how you treat your first ever customer! Going to Brett’s barber from now on lost my business.

Great atmosphere and great haircut. I get mine cut by Mikey, and he does an excellent job. I've always had issues with cow licks in the part of my hair. Mikey takes his time and puts in the work to make sure I look my best.

I never had an issue with this shop. The best barber they had (and my regular barber) went out on his own to open his own shop. Still, my loyalty was to them and Mike ran a tight ship. I was back in town this week and was tight on time and gave a new barber a shot. Although nice, but fade is terribly blended, my goatee looks like a 15 year old who just learned to Shave and I’m beyond disappointed. I must say, this is the first negative experience of 10 plus haircuts I’ve had at that shop, but to say it was awful would be an understatement. I’ve also reached out via Facebook and email to no avail.
