Today was my very first visit at Serenity
Medi-spa. Nichole is absolutely Amazing!!! She did my lazer treatment today and made sure I was comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend Nichole to everyone. Also the staff there is very nice and friendly. Thank you so much.

I came to this place upon the recommendation of a friend. The Laser part was great. However, I'm allergic to Aloe, Paba, and lanoline. Which I informed them of, in writing, and verbally, as it's a huge allergy. Unfortunately, after my service, I had an allergic reaction. I sent photos, and even showed up to their office, the Tuesday after my Thursday Facial, because I wasn't sure if it was normal to have tiny blisters all over after laser treatment. I had taken Benedryl Monday night, after it was revealed they didn't know what was in their products, but I PROBABLY was having an allergic reaction. When I went in that Tuesday I asked for a list of their ingredients...I wad told they would have to contact the Manufacturer as they had no list on premis. This is against state law. I do not recommend this establishment for anything, if they cannot follow the basics, then they are dangerous! To add insult to injury...the facial itself sucked. The Nurse Practitioner had no idea what she was doing outside the use of the Laser. So upsetting I took a month to cool down before even placing this review.

Lovely salon. Good attention from staff. But was disappointed in hair cut. But always taking a chance when visiting a town and needing hair styled and cut.
