After shopping all over the Redding area for a hot tub for our family of 5, we made our way to Shasta Spas and BBQ. Both of the owners were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and they took their time helping us find a spa that would best fit our family. All of the products are quality in their shop. Delivery and installation was fast and the crew was very professional. I highly recommend this company when looking for a spa for your home!

In 2005 I met the owners and purchased a spa. Throughout the life of the spa Theresa provided excellent customer service and support whenever necessary. I maintain that a product is only as good as the service and support behind it. When you purchase a spa from Shasta you be assured if excellent service for the life of your spa. So it was a no brainer to reach out to Theresa when after almost 14 years it was time to replace it. Throughout the whole purchase process from selection, purchase, to delivery and startup it was a great experience. We now looking forward to another 15+ years of happy soaking in our new Marquis Spa! They have been great. Sales, delivery, setup, and their service goes above and beyond. I needed an unusual part, and the owner called and custom ordered it, and it arrived in a couple days. I've had a spa for 4 years and it still runs perfectly. This is definitely a place you can trust.

We bought a hot tub here in 2018 and had a great experience. So much so that we came back in 2023 and bought another one because we sold the old home and the new owners wanted to keep the old tub. Very friendly and helpful people. Highly recommend.

I had been looking for a 4 person spa for months. I happed by Shasta Spas & BBQ's and went in to see what they could offer. Theresa met me with a smile and happy to answer my questions. After my numerous questions, Theresa recommended the Eco E4 spa. I ordered the spa in June and it arrived in July. We picked up the spa at the warehouse and the crew there was very helpful in loading the spa on my trailer. I installed the spa, filled with water and hooked up to 120v. The spa with up to temperature the next day. We have used the spa almost daily and love the fixed cover. I converted it to 220v and the heater keeps up with extended use now. Thanks again to Theresa and the crew at Shasta Spas and BBQ's.

We purchased our amazing spa at the beginning of this year. We love to support family owned businesses so I am very happy to have found Shasta Spas & BBQ’s.
Theo was our sales rep and he was full of knowledge. You can def tell he’s the go to guy for any spa and bbq questions. Not only that he was very friendly and NEVER pressured us to purchase anything. He made sure that we understood all the different specs for different spas and feel comfortable and excited for what we were to purchase.
We went home that day and my husband did some research and made our decision to purchasing the Marquis “The Epic” model. Delivery team was nothing but perfection. The guys were super friendly and orientated us on how to take care of our new spa. Theresa (wife of Theo) called us that evening to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. And of course we were thrilled. We wanted to jump right in that night but with Mother Nature and temp of the water did not permit but when we did get the chance we took full advantage. All 65 jets worked perfectly and felt amazing. Even during this hot summer days we love jumping in the cool spa since we are able to turn off the heat and lower the temp. Over all we are beyond happy and satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Theo for being so amazing! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shasta Spas and Bbq to everyone!

We purchased a swim spa and hot tub from Shasta Spas. The service during the purchase, delivery and after set up was nothing but outstanding. We had numerous questions on how to operate and maintain the two spas and Teresa and Theo and their staff were always available and helpful in answering our questions and keeping us informed on all aspects of our purchase, set up and care and maintenance. On the few occasions that the manufacturer needed to be involved Shasta Spas contacted them and took care of our needs and questions. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.

Troubled spa purchased years before from another company found me in search for a company that could help. I called Shasta Spas &BBQ to find they would be in the area and promptly made an appointment. They were excellent in their diagnoses, ordered the needed parts and back again in short order to complete the project. I was most impressed with the communication with owner Theresa, as well as the speed, accuracy and great customer service from Jeff who did the repairs. I highly recommend this company!
