I recently decided to leave my previous barber and discovered Janelle through google searching. I want you to know that her skills and professionalism line up with all those 5-star ratings. My experience today was nothing less than perfect for me. The studio environment and her personality were very relaxing which is what caught my interest when reading about Shipwrecked on her website. Look no further for the best barber in the Sacramento area! Janelle is a fantastic, very talented barber and super friendly. She gives the best haircut in town by far. I've received several different styles of haircuts and all of them have been perfect. She listens to your style preferences and will nail your haircut every time. I was tired of going through different stylists/barbers at the usual shops and wanted some consistency in my life (especially with the beard trims!). I've seen Janelle twice now and honestly there will be no going back. My hair and beard both look better than they have in years BOTH times I've seen her. Scheduling with her is SUPER easy, the scalp massage during shampoo/conditioning puts any massage place's work to shame, and on top of all this she's super friendly and attentive! Will absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone! See you next month!

I highly recommend Janelle & Shipwrecked Barbershop. Went there yesterday for the first time and Janelle was fantastic. Needed some help taming my beard and she did a great job that was well worth the price. She's also super nice, listens, and has a nice private comfortable place. What more could you ask for?

Janelle is amazing! I moved to Roseville from the Bay Area in late 2020 and I was having a hard time finding a barber / hair stylist.
