Got my eyebrows done here for the first time. Very good reasonable price of $10! You definitely cannot find a price like that anywhere. Very detail oriented and amazing service. I walked into the salon and waited no more than 10 minutes to get seated. Amazing thing is with forms of payment they are flexible as well.

If I could, I wouldn't even give her one star as a business owner.
Never had this kind of bitter experience before ever. It’s sad that the owner, SHOBANA, forgot the basic principle of any business. She was rude and disrespectful with me and her own employees.
She deliberately made me wait for 20 mins just for upper lip and chin threading work because I had requested Raman, her best employee's service.
Shobana was hesitant to make me an appointment with Raman when I asked, and she said whoever is available will take care of me at the appointment time of 5 pm. I agreed and went to the parlor 6 to 7 mins earlier than my appointment time. After waiting for 15 minutes, Raman got done with her previous assignment and was free to do my threading she asked me to sit on the service chair.
Shobana's ego was hurt. She reprimanded her employee and talked down to me. Accusing me of talking to the employee behind her back, etc. and saying my appointment time was wrong, despite having the proof of my appointment time. Saying I should wait longer cause I came in early. This was after I had already been denied a walk-in service a few days earlier. I was told to come back after 45 min, and then they refused to take me in. This also she mentioned while degrading her employee and myself. All this drama only for upperlip threading.
I would never go to her salon again and would give business to her.

Shobana beauty studio and their staffs are so welcoming. I tried red wine facial at San ramon location which was great relaxing experience and the result was awesome. I tried radiant glow facial for the first time at Tracy branch near Costco, she provided me with complimentary gold plated pack. It was an amazing experience and the output was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

Went in for my second visit for eyebrow threading because the first time I came, they were threaded so nicely. I asked for a cleanup and my eyebrows were thinned out so much!! The shape was lost and now I have to wait 3 months for them to grow back. Super frustrating and the worst I’ve ever seen someone thread my eyebrows.

Booked online through Vagaro 2 days in advance. Showed up for a full leg wax but they not only did not have my appointment down, there was no waxologist. They offered a half leg service, I said no, if she comes early could she do the whole job and the manager said yes, problem solved. Fifteen minutes later the owner called the manager and said she could only do half leg? I said no but thank you! I left and got a call from the owner who said we don’t do men only women and had I read the website I would have known. So now I am pissed because you are blaming me. Guess what you did not look at your bookings because you had no one available to do the job. But you said you don’t do men so why did you offer to half the service, then the whole service? Please check your appointments, and don’t blame the customer for your own mistake! If I could have given you a zero rest assured I would have!

I have been going to the Tracy Blvd location since it opened for threading and waxing. The staff with Shobhana is very polite and give you the best service. This was my first time at Naglee location and I am highly impressed by the level of customer service. Shobhana makes sure to make every customer walking in the salon comfortable. She guides all her clients well and gives good advice. I used hair color service, threading ( eye brows and upper lips). Shobhana was kind enough to give me complimentary detan pack which was very refreshing and mase my skin feel good if you are looking for quality service at best price do visit the salon
