This was my first facial ever and Scheena was fantastic! I felt very comfortable and pampered the whole time - my skin has never felt better. She knows everything about skincare and really cares about your experience. She was so lovely to talk with and I can’t wait to go back!

Sheena is a nice woman but I am very disappointed by my experience today. I purchased two anti aging facials on Groupon. My first appointment with her was relatively easy to schedule and I was seen on 4/19. She arrived an hour late to our scheduled appointment due to a personal reason and I didn’t mind since I didn’t have anywhere to be that evening. After our first session, she scheduled my second session for today, 5/17 at 4pm.

I received multiple automated text messages confirming the appointment for today. I arrived a couple of minutes after 4pm due to traffic and texted her and rang her suite, but there was no response. I called her and her automated voicemail stated that she’s no longer honoring Groupon purchases and that we should reach out to Groupon for a refund.

While I understand the sheer volume of requests she receives, it would have been an appreciated courtesy to at least contact me to let me know that she intended on canceling the appointment instead of just not showing up since I had booked this appointment already in advance.

I wasted time and gas to drive out to Roseville for this appointment. I even scrambled around my home before driving out to ensure I had enough for a cash tip for her since she couldn’t accept Venmo for a tip last time.

I was considering becoming a regular client prior to today, but after my experience coupled with the lack of communication, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

What a wonderful experience!! Sheena is an amazing Estician. I enjoyed her space and vibe. She was proffesional, clean,and an absolute joy to have talked to. I came to her with some skin concerns and she blew me out of the water with her regimen. I left glowing, feeling refreshed and with my skin just so happy. I scheduled a 4 week appointment before leaving. I cannot wait to take this skin journey with her. Highly recommend going in to see her and what she can do with your beautiful skin.

I signed up for the “Handsome Package” which included teeth whiting and a facial. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed and taken care of.

Sheena corrected my daily facial routine as well as provided a face cleanser that is amazing!

We are in the process of setting up regular monthly visits..

Sheena is the best! She’s so kind and really takes her time and makes sure she uses for what’s best for your skin. Since we all do get facials for different reasons. I went in last week for a acne facial. My skin was so inflamed and dry due to the products I was using that was actually just making my problems worse 😩 I felt so insecure about my face, nothing I was doing was working. She seen that and took her time to use products that were going to help my skin! Not just anything! She ACTUALLY cares! She gave me so much knowledge. Not anyone who’s just in a hurry. She makes you feel so comfortable. After the appointment I could tell such a big difference in my face, I’m going to keep going to Sheena! Bought a Groupon and made an appt 3 weeks ago. She never showed up and wouldnt return text. The Groupon shows an address of 311 oak ridge in Roseville but when looked online it's on five star blvd This has to be a fraud account. I will be reporting to better business bureau.
