I see that this practice deleted my review and I feel it should be posted just to let people know that when customers pay for a service they should not be treated the way this clinic treated me. I booked an appointment on Saturday and upon my arrival they told me my appt. was canceled because they did not receive my confirmation (even though I did confirm my appointment). The front desk person was arrogant and dismissive. I work on regular work days and Saturday was the only chance for me to be seen, so obviously I was very irritated and my day was ruined ( I scheduled my entire morning on that day and canceled a few appointment which cost me a late cancelation fee and just to be dismissed by this place). Very disrespectful and zero of professional customer service!

Went for a last minute diamond glow facial. I’m 25 weeks pregnant so my skin options are limited but this was just want I needed. Emily was amazing- highly recommend her. It was so relaxing and my skin is so soft and refreshed.

They explain procedures and treatments thoroughly, and make me comfortable in knowing what to expect. I am a HUGE fan of Heidi at SkinSpirit. She is honest, kind, thoughtful, and so skilled at what she does. I get told I look much younger than I am regularly, but the work I’ve had done with Heidi is subtle and very natural looking. It’s really improved my confidence and I just feel so grateful. Heidi is a star.

I absolutely love going to SkinSpirit Mill Valley in Marin. I’ve gotten everything from a facial, to microdermabrasion, chemical peels and lactic acid peels and their services are the best in the Bay Area. All of the providers are amazing but Angelique is my go to provider. She’s very thorough, professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. The whole staff is so welcoming and friendly. Make sure you book in advance because they are super busy since they are the best in the Bay!
