The Only person working this whole place and SHE KILLED IT. New color and styled beautifully. My hair was beautiful and felt like silk. I recommend her BIG TIME. It didn't take all day she knew EXACTLY what she was doing. The BEST and quickest hair cut color style EVER !!!!

She listened to what I wanted and how to make it happen, my hair is difficult, she did an amazing job. I am so coming back. Her prices where very reasonable, her social skills are top notch. I have nothing negative about this place of the young lady who works there. AMAZING 👏

The girl who cut my hair was really nice and friendly... but o asked her is she could do a specific hair cut and she hesitated and said yes. ( I should of known better) I then told her you know what let's not struggle give me layers shoulder length........ she cut it to my neck and she butchered my hair... its so u even and I'm so unhappy!!!

I dont give reviews often, but this one deserves it. I came in with some long grown hair and asked only to even it out, and the lady ended cutting it all down to about a 1/4inch, when I asked how low she cut it, she wouldn't answer because she "couldnt tell how". By the time i got home and washed up I realized that my bangs werent even cut evenly. Not a good place for haircuts, especially since they charge $19

I am VERY PLEASED ! A different hair dresser (at a different salon), 'canceled' on me twenty minutes before my appt.... it was my 50th birthday and getting my hair done was my gift to me and I was very disappointed. I proceeded to call every beauty Salon in town - I spoke to at least 5 different Salons ( and even after I gave them my 'sob' story) they "couldn't" help me out. And then I called SmartStyle and spoke to the manager, Denise. After hearing what happened and that all others I spoke to 'couldn't' fit me in - she told me, "...come on in at 6:00pm.." ( that was going to be her first break of the day, until me) "..I'll be happy to (cut, color and highlight..) 'do your hair'...you won't be sorry...". And I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED!! We were there until PAST 9pm and she never lost her smile!! A+++ beautician!! AND THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! She went ABOVE and BEYOND even BEFORE I stepped foot in the door.

Called to make an appointment the lady said sure come at 5pm I walk in at 5pm no eye contact till 508pm. I asked if there was another stylist she said no it was her skip forward 5:20 still not done I walked out. Gave me a bad taste in my mouth
