The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making the whole experience truly enjoyable. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and for helping to make my wedding day even more beautiful.

I’ve come to this location a few times and never had an issue. Recently I came for a gel manicure, and within a day I had chipping and lifting and it just got worse from there. I’ve NEVER had this issue before with any gel manicure. I called the salon after 3 days and explained the situation. When I come back in the front desk manager was standoffish and did not apologize, instead she had me sit down and went back to the desk and started painting her own nails. When the nail tech came over she apologized and I asked her if I could get a different color because I wasn’t sure if the gel I originally got was old. The “manager” comes over and says “no just take the bad ones off.” The nail tech grinds off the worst of the chipping and just paints over with the same polish, meanwhile the manager keeps looking over at me giving me dirty looks. I left and the manicure is still not well done, as the gel was not sealed at the tips which will cause lifting and it’s lumpy from painting over existing polish. The managers behavior was unprofessional and so was the repair.

I came in here because of all the great reviews! However, I was underwhelmed. I asked for a “blistfull gel pedicure”. This included lavender and a 10 minute foot massage. The pedicure price was $40 and I assumed an extra $10 or so for the gel. Boy was I wrong!!! It was $23 extra!!!! That is INSANE! $63 for a gel pedicure that was very below average is just crazy! Not only did she talk my ear off when I was trying to relax, she said “come for your nails and if you don’t like you don’t come back”! She somehow thought this was hilarious little did she know she certainly manifested me never coming back. She filed my nails crooked and did not even give a 10 minute massage. It was 3 minutes!!! I left just mouth breathing feeling so incredibly bamboozled and generally just ripped off. There was NOTHING special about this place that sets it apart from any other nail salon. I won’t be returning!

What a wonderful place. Nick and Kathie are the nicest people. But more importantly, my nails have never looked so great. I am so glad this place was recommended to me.

This is the best nail salon i have been to in my life. The owners and nail technicians are so accommodating and kind. They make you feel right at home. From the moment you walk in they greet you with smiling faces and hand you complimentary beverages of your choice like mimosas, wine, water, etc. They truly care about making your experience comfortable and relaxing. The best part is that they actually listen to what you want your nails to look like and they exceed your expectations. I have already been here twice in the past month and will definitely be a regular customer!

Nick is very helpful and friendly…however, my two technicians weren’t very friendly and didn’t offer me water or champagne (they did so to the other women sitting near me). Not sure why. My nails look nice, so I may be back, though.

Best manicure I’ve ever had. It was a regular manicure but it lasted perfectly for my 2 week trip. The staff is super friendly and kind. The place is very clean and they’re one of the very few places that actually disinfects tools. By appointment only, so make sure you call before you go. I highly recommend Solara Nail Bar!!
