I was coming here every time I was in Campbell because you just can’t get a better massage for the price (Massage Envy who?). Anna, Jessica, and Vivi are top tier and just know how to find areas of tension in your body without you even knowing you were even tense there (like the ears or the top of hands!). I even took my sister here for a 60min hot stone couples massage the day before a singing recital and we performed much better! Highly recommend!

Spa city is very clean, staff have been great. I’ve had two services and will keep going back. Jenny did a great deep tissue today and I had a great body scrub last month. Very good for the price!

I have been to the spa numerous times. I enjoy the no hassle way to arrange an appointment. Helen has usually done a great job on my back. I highly recommend this place for a good, no frills massage.

I don’t know if they changed owners but it was really not a good experience. I pre booked a couples full body “deluxe” massage directly on the website. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk and we waited about 15 minutes to be taken back. We got to the room and were told to undress. The website description says the room is “romantically decorated” for a couples massage. The room is not at all decorated. With paying more for the “deluxe” massage, it would be nice to expect what is in the description on the site. It also shows on the site that hot stone or essential oils add on options are available, which was never mentioned to us. Once the therapists came in to massage us , there was no 10 minute consultation, they didn’t ask us any questions. They just simply started aggressively massaging our backs. We both have areas of concerns in our bodies and we expected that to be at least briefly addressed. The massage was way too hard and intense for me. I also noticed my therapist was the same woman who checked us in. I’m not sure if they are short staffed but I have a hard time feeling that she is an actual therapist..I was in pain most of the time , I groaned a bit and she asked “too hard?” I said yes , sorry. I assumed after I said yes, the pressure would be less but it wasn’t. I did not feel relaxed or enjoyed it at all. My partner has never had a massage and this was for his birthday so I felt bad and disappointed that this was our experience. He told me after that the pressure was too much and we both woke up sore the next day. Our goal was relaxation not to be uncomfortable and not offered anything. For the price paid, it was affordable but expensive for what we actually got. I hate to leave bad reviews but I just want people to understand what they’re paying for when they come here. If you’re into super hard pressure and painful massages, then maybe come here.

This was the worst massages I’ve ever received. The therapist was on her phone a few times during it, when she would leave the room because she wanted to see what was happening outside in the front she would leave the door fully open exposing my naked body!! She also pulled my underwear down way farther than any other massage place has which was entirely uncomfortable. The massage itself was her slapping on a bunch of oil and rubbing it around. No effort, not even sure if she has her license for this. When I addressed her leaving the door open her response was “nobody was out there.” They have signs all over the place saying if you’re not satisfied or feel uncomfortable to email management directly which leads me to believe some shady stuff has happened there. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I spent my hard earned money here. Please avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere.

First time I came amazing service. Very friendly. Offered water, asked about what services I wanted and just overall a good experience.

Second time not so much. Front Desk Receptionist, gave me the option of only cash or card (5% fee for card use), the massage was decent but masseuse did not ask if there was any focus areas like that last time, kept repeating the back area for full body. As she walked me out she said you pay tip. I was going to anyways but did not like that it was asked and she made me feel uncomfortable. The front desk was in the middle of assisting another guest and she the masseuse said again "you pay tip here", i hadn't moved, the other guest felt uncomfortable as well and even asked the front desk if they wanted to help me instead. I politely told her to continue. After this I was shown that you can pay Venmo no fee. Just not the best experience.
