Lamentablemente, mi experiencia no fue buena. Contraté este servicio para peinarme el día de mi boda, un momento muy especial para mí, pero el resultado fue decepcionante. El estilista terminó el peinado en apenas 10-15 minutos, sin mostrar interés por los detalles ni asegurarse de que quedara bien. Me sentí ignorada y el peinado no reflejaba lo que esperaba para un día tan importante.

No recomendaría este servicio si buscas profesionalismo y dedicación en eventos especiales.

Just received my first hair service here and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been very happy with previous experiences here back in 2020 & 2021, but life got busy and I decided I was overdue for a cut. From scheduling my appointment to checking out, every person was kind and helpful. Jenna was a consummate professional - she was friendly, listened extremely well, gave her honest opinion and ultimately gave me a better result than I was expecting! I love my hair and can’t stop touching it! I highly recommend this salon for any pampering you may need

I’m visiting from Michigan and happened to come to the salon. I was thoroughly impressed!! This salon really pays attention to details. Each hair wash comes with a 10 minute massage and hot towel treatment.My hair was in such bad shape that Hillary gave me a complementary haircut. Hillary suggested some wonderful products for my hair and really helped educate me about the condition of my hair. I’m actually considering flying in to Sarasota to go to the Salon for my hair going forward. I promise you will not be disappointed at this salon.

Love that place! Always Welcoming. I called trying to figure out which stylish would be the best match for hair. I was very anxious because I had bad experiences in the past. The receptionist Jenna was very understanding and compassionate. She recommended Greta. Wow! She was right. Greta not only fixed my hair, but gave me such a cute haircut that I get daily compliments!!!! For those like me, I have coarse, freezy unruly hair that requires someone that know that kind of hair well!!!! I am very happy

I've been seeing Erika at Spa Hollywood for deep tissue massages for years, and she is absolutely incredible! Her skill and ability to target all the right spots make every session a truly rejuvenating experience. Erika consistently helps me feel relaxed and her expertise shines through! I highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for a skilled, professional, and caring massage therapist. She’s the best!

I visited this Salon twice in the past 4 days. My experiences were fantastic! The first day I had a 60-minute pedicure with Michelle and a 30-minute facial with Brandy. The second visit I had a hard gel manicure with Michelle, and the Beach Ready Sugar scrub and 50-minute Island Paradise massage with Erika.

Michelle is wonderful, attentive, focused on her craft, a joy to be around and overall very professional! It was truly a blessing to meet her and have my nail services through her.

Brandy was a hoot! Kind, funny, and entertaining during my facial. I get that she knows how to tailor the environment to her clients' needs; therefore, if you are up for a more quiet facial, please do not be detered. This seriously was the best facial I had - even though it was the shortest (but the 30 minutes did seem longer).

ERIKA! She's a must! Past nurse now masseuse miracle worker! She's extremely attentive, and recognized an area I had been having trouble with that I didn't even tell her or ask her to address. She really worked it out (I thought the issue was joint related - well - she helped!) The scrub and massage were amazing and the pressure was excellent for my knots.

Those at the front desk are also friendly and quick to assist. Special shout out to Jackie.

I recommended this Spa to others during my vacation and HIGHLY recommend it to you, too!

Well given that the photos I posted have yet to be approved after 6mo., it wouldn’t make much sense not to edit my review. This was the single most traumatizing experience I’ve ever had in a salon — or with hair, period. I left after sitting in the chair from 9a-7p with a head full of severely damaged, literal ORANGE hair - not to mention a chemical burn that resulted in having to see a dermatologist for. I couldn’t wash my hair for days and actually ended up seeking legal help just to get my money back for the hair services I was still charged full price for. I won’t speak on the salon as a whole, but one particular stylist, Heather M. who immediately sold me by pictures on social media, I would not recommend anybody ever go to. Absolutely horrible experience which turned to be incredibly costly to repair.
