Spin City is the absolute best spin studio! I always have an amazing workout and have a ton of fun doing it. The classes are high-energy and truly kick my butt in the best way possible. The instructors are fantastic, motivating, and make every session enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great workout that’s both challenging and fun this is the place. Highly recommend!

I have been spinning for many years, I truly love the thrill of what a spin bike brings. It is amazing knowing I am getting a grand work out in all while having fun on the bike! I was beyond excited to hear that Spin City opened and there was a new place to spin! Toni and Autumn are both incredible instructors. They know what they are doing. Spin City is an excellent place to spin - from the lovely owner - to the instructors - to the music selections and the bikes, the lights and the work out...You truly have it all. Seriously, you have to try it out, no matter what your experience level is....you are gonna love it!

What a workout! Toni and Autumn are so friendly and helpful. They really nail it with the playlists (have not heard any repeat playlists!), the moves, and adjusting intensity. I really look forward to my next classes, already booking ahead. If you’re nervous, that’s ok - bring a friend, sit in the back if you want. But definitely give it a try! There are so many ways to modify to go at your own pace. Like Toni says, it’s hard- but, you can do hard things!
