I dont know what it is about Sport Clips but I’m not sure they hire based off the ability to cut hair in different styles more than based off what kind of hair color female associates have or attractiveness for women associates show. For men i dont know it might be because of age but i will say Bruno B doesn’t know how to cut hair, ill explain, i asked for, Got my cut 3/22/25

Buzz Cut(#2 on top), Medium fade in back (to skin fade), Tapered sideburns, Shape up on hairline

The only thing I got was a buzzcut on top. I dont know if the conversation we had bout our time in service when we got our haircuts made him forget what I asked but he has zero skills in cutting. I showed the detailed cut from my phone to Bruno and he said okay, apparently somewhere in my request cutting and shaping up my eyebrows was needed for him to give. My birthday is 2 days away and I wanted a fresh cut. There is absolutely no reason why I was in and out of the cut in less than 10 minutes. I shouldn’t have to ask my barber who is currently out of town to fix my cut because another person doesn’t know how to do their job. I’m not coming to get a haircut stylists want to give I’m coming in for what I request. If you don’t know how to manage a request or give a buzzcut and make it look “wow that’s awesome” then you shouldn’t touch a clipper. Now I remember why it’s been 863 days(2.5+ years) of why I didn’t go back there. I would love to get a great haircut anywhere I go for what I ask but this is unacceptable. I was going to get an ultimate MVP but I decisively changed my mind. A haircut was bad enough. Absolutely shocked to know sport clips hires based of DEI and not merit for the ability of having a great resume of cutting hair. I appreciate Bruno’s service for our country but don’t give military cuts to guys who ask for a buzzcut.

I was really happy with my haircut today. I was in and out really quick and I had a really nice haircut. It was smooth fast and the barber Bruno did a great job on my hair. I’ll definitely be coming back again. And if you need a haircut I’m pretty sure there all pretty good but I know Bruno did me well

This is probably the worst sports clips I’ve been to. Today I was giving this location another chance, because I have gotten a good cut there before. When I signed into the app, there were 7 stylists. I get there, first in the queue, 5 are cutting, one is on break (said on the app) and the last was open. Bruno then came up and cut the person who had requested them who was 5 people behind me. It was a kid, so whatever. I continued to wait as people left. 2 other stylists came to the front, saw they were requested by people who weren’t there, and went to the back. After about 20 mins waiting I look into the haircut area and there’s one lady cutting and no one else around. I asked where they were at and the lady said they are on break. I left. I’m done with this location. If you want good service all around in a timely manner, don’t go here. I’m going back to Hamlin. Don’t get me wrong, they are nice people when you get into the chair. Just super slow. Out of 5 or so times getting my hair cut here, Kenzie is the only one who gave a good haircut.

My husband looked up the hours before he left home and arrived at 6:30pm. Hours say open til 7. They had locked the doors early and turned off their open sign after he tugged on the doors. Officially change your hours if you don’t want to stay open for your customers.

Jennifer and Jessica are the best. They always take great care of me and my son. They are excellent at their craft and even better conversationalists. I enjoy my haircut appointments because they are more like catching up with good friends than a business transaction. Keep up the great work!

Kenzie is phenomenal. She gave my father-in-law the best haircut he has had in quite some time. He is very meticulous about his hair, and he walked out feeling like a new man. Kenzie also gave me a great haircut and beard trim. We will definitely be back.
