Ordered the MVP was completely rushed The lady Victoria with a weird spelling was trying to hurry up so she can get off shift. She shouldn't have took the hair cutting assignment if it was that close to the end of her day I ordered the double MVP and received a single MVP barely she did like a little 30-second massage instead of the proper time, I've used sport clips pretty much religiously across the state of California. No matter where I'm working, this by far has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced from the establishment

And then when we were checking out a couple of us were talking politics and the manager kept demanding that we do not talk politics. We as customers and also employees of this establishment are protected by The first amendment freedom of speech

As I noticed my haircut and beard trim has got some major errors. I'm going to be going to a different one and having them correct it over and all. Maybe it's time I find a new establishment to get my haircut at

I suggest my fellow Americans do the same

I came in to your El Dorado Hills, CA location for my first ever visit to Sport Clips. I was greeted immediately by Victoriya. The place was clean, pleasant and welcoming right away. I was told how to sign in, and waited for my name to be called. It turned out Victoriya was my stylist, and I opted for the full MVP package with my haircut. Things went excellently, and quickly, which was a nice touch that I did not have to wait or deal with much wasted time. My massage, hot towel, and wash was extremely relaxing.. and key points as to why you may have just made a lifelong customer in me. I will highly recommend Sport Clips and I will be exclusively asking for Victoriya from here forward. She gave me one of the best cuts I have had in several years. My hair is fine and light colored, so it requires skill to cut it well so it blends without chunks and chops showing. You have quite a remarkable employee in Victoriya, and I am very grateful that I decided to give your shop a try.

Sportclips advertises a free neck trim between cuts. This store refused to honor that unless you had gotten your haircut at this specific location. I always get my cut at sportclips, but this was my first time visiting this location. I will not be returning. Not a huge deal, I just hate false advertising.

i asked for one haircut which was to save the sides and idk who cut my hair but the messed up horribly and made my hair look so uneven she even cut the top of my hair when i said not to i don’t recommend this place at all for good haircuts

I've been here maybe 3 times. Usually they do a decent job (not amazing), but I don't mind. However, after this most recent time I honestly don't think I'll be back. I checked in when the wait time was 19 min, arrived ~10 minutes later and my wait time was still ~20 minutes. You really cannot trust those estimates, in my experience. Especially if you just walk in.
The interaction and experience with the stylist was fine except I got cut on my neck twice - by accident surely. She didn't notice or didn't say. The haircut looked just okay at the end after she put product in, and I didn't want to touch it and get my hands dirty. But when I got home, washed it out and checked, the scissor cut on top was really uneven. Some parts are two finger lengths and some are four, leaving an actual bump in my hair structure. I only asked to bring the top down to about an inch and a half, and now I gotta fix it myself.. Thankfully the sides look fine, but even that has a random line in the middle that was almost shaved off. I get that it was later in the day, people are tired so I understand stress and rushing but wow.
I'm sure if you schedule with the same stylist each time you get some consistency but the "first available" one should still be decent...
