I went in a few weeks ago and was immediately greeted and cut by Rachael. I had never been to Sports Clips before and was used to getting my hair cut by the same woman since I was a kid. She was out of town and needless to say I was desperate. That desperation resulted in the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. Rachael was so kind and patient, allowing me to ask trivial questions about what she was doing. She gave me a great haircut and I left wanting to return. Thank you very much Rachael!

It was a good experience. Pretty much what is expected from a corporate styled business. You can't make appointments, but can "get in line" on the web, if you happen to have an account made. If not, then I need to make an account.
Walk in, the staff is friendly, Hello, followed by a did you check in? Need to check in with your phone number if you didn't get in line before. The wait was fine, haircut was normal. This was my 2nd visit. My first stylist didn't put any of my details in my account, but my 2nd one did. Staff is friendly place is clean, Haircut was good. Buy 10 get 1 free I guess.

I asked for low fade and got this. Assistant manager said this is what they consider a low fade. Looks even worse with a hat on. No refund no nothing because no manager on duty. Sports clip haircut for men SHOULD KNOW LOW FADE and how to blend it….smh

My boyfriend had to get his haircut before an event we had this evening because his barber wasn’t available so we stopped in. Let me tell you we weren’t expecting much but we were absolutely blown away. Felicity the assistant manager cut his hair and did a phenomenal job! She was so personable and gave him exactly what he wanted with 100% attention to detail. Will definitely be returning!

I asked for this and I got whatever the stylist wanted, super horrible experience, I showed a picture of what I wanted, explained it and got whatever she wanted? Weird to me but if that is ok with your establishment, I will never go here again, ever.

When I check online and there’s no wait, I drive over here, just 5 minutes away, and someone ends up going to lunch and the wait changes to 25 minutes. It’s never as advertised.
