Haircut looks nice. Lourdes did an excellent job. Unfortunately they only offer the MVP. So even though I only got a haircut and nothing else, I still had to pay for the MVP package. Meaning that a haircut is 34 dollars minimum. I called this morning to confirm, the woman told me they do not offer the varsity hair cut only. They only offer the MVP.

as I was waiting for my haircut, there were two stylists busily taking care of 5-6 customers..sitting there waiting, I was very annoyed by the conversation the 2 women were having with each other..in SPANISH..briefly stopping in the middle of cutting hair to engage with each other...totally ignoring the customer..I have worked in several postions and one of the very strict rules, was there was to be no speaking any language other than english...after my cut, I paid ..and made a point to tell my stylist, I was not tipping her as, in my opinion, she was so rude to everyone in the room by conversing in Spanish while ignoring the person in the chair...I feel the break room is the place to engage in their native language conversation..and to engage with the customer as to make them feel they are valued rather than talking about what they did on the past weekend...very disappointed...

I showed up at 10:30 without an appointment. There were three stylists and one customer waiting. I waited five minutes at the register and no one came up to let me know how long the wait would be. I thought okay, I have things to do and they must be busy, I’ll come back in a couple of hours. I came back and there were still three stylists but only two clients in chairs. I again stood patiently for five minutes without any interest or attention. I even scanned the little QR on the floor but it requires you to download their own private app not just a Booksy login. An app that I would use once every six weeks? You can be sure it is harvesting and monetizing your activity in the meanwhile. Probably Sportclips corporate makes as much money selling your data as they do from their part of the haircut. No thanks. I give up on Sportclips.

Shoutout to Karen! My son has very straight blonde hair, it’s hard to give him a hair cut without it looking choppy somewhere, but Karen gave him a beautifully blended, proper boy haircut! Cannot recommend her enough!

If I could I would give it no stars or a negative one.

After I got home and took a shower I noticed all the mistakes he made. I asked for a fade not an undercut. And the ends where uneven. It also looked like the haircut was weeks old. Like when your hair grows back and it's time for a hair cut. I had to go to a barber that knows what they are doing to fix the fd up haircut I got at Sport Clips. On top of that didn't even clean up the back of the neck area. I had to shave that myself.

I didn't get the other stuff that comes with an "MVP Haircut Experience"

Worst experience and #1 worst haircut. I hope people stay away. I know for sure I wont be returning to Sports Clips

This location refuses to give the varsity haircut. They will force you to get the more expensive MVP cut which comes with a shampoo and neck massage, even if you only want a cut. Of course you can choose not to get your hair washed but they'll still charge you for it! I only go here when no other option is available. There's nothing else to discuss unless they return to offering the varsity haircut

My husbands hair looks like it was cut by a three year old if they were blindfolded. Never going again and if I could give zero stars I would. I post this review after trying to contact SportsClips directly and their 1-800 number and received no response. Severely disappointed that we paid $40 for his hair to look this awful.
