My boyfriend and I went here for a couples massage and instead they put us both in separate rooms. My lady gave a good massage but my bf’s didn’t and after the massage her and another lady were hoping he would get a happy ending for more money as I’m in the next room over. Never again. It was such a weird atmosphere.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came to get a massage because my back had been hurting, and I was in a time crunch. What a big mistake that was. They kept leaving the room, and the door open (totally inappropriate) changed people without asking, another uncomfortable and inappropriate action. The massage was not good at all, it hurt really bad at times, it did not feel like they knew what either of them knew what they were doing and their hands were cold every time they left and then came back. My time was cut short, and there was no way to communicate. When I paid, they wouldn't let me leave until I gave a tip. I just wanted to get out of there as quick as possible, plus I needed to be somewhere. I usually tip, but I felt ripped off in the first place, even paying for what I received. It was a huge mistake going there, don't make the same mistake I did, save your time and money. Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. Lady insisted I pay for an hour deep tissue massage upfront. She had no idea how to do a massage. I wanted her to focus on my back and she going to my arms and legs then tried to end massage in 45 minutes. I reminded her of the time she started . Don't waste your money here. Very unknowlegeable and unprofessional. I don't know how these cheesy Asian parlors exist when they don't understand or speak English.

I was told to come in at 6. They weren't ready. A guy came in after me, his appointment was 6:30, he got right in. I was told he was a friend. As I waited longer, I realized how noisy it is there, music, talking, loud movements..which I realized I wouldn't get a nice, relaxing massage anyways, so after 30 minutes, I left. I noticed another man walking in after me. I bet he got right in. Makes me question the massages.....

I wish if there was a zero star I would rate Spring Massage. The place dirty, smelly, no privacy. The massage Lady her name Yuri was very rude and terrible therapist. Not recommending this place

Wow ladies, this is the place for you since the owner of this establishment will actually massage you instead of turning you away or rolling her eyes. She is very professional and most importantly she is very clean. If you want an actual massage without getting rushed out, then this is the place to go.

Today in this massage parlor, they received me warmly. I have a sore shoulder and feel much more relaxed after the massage. I will recommend it to my friends.
