This place is horribly located,hard to get to and does not offer the best parking. You are unable to enter through the front door of the building which is unprofessional including the sign on the back entrance. When you try to contact them no one answers the phone which is significant if you have clients waiting outside, especially during bad weather and when homeless people sleep bedside the store. Never coming here again and would not recommend this location to anyone. This location claims to be open till 9pm but was closed when I arrived at 5pm. Also Papa John’s is unfamiliar with studio 239.

Do not book an appointment online ladies! I don’t usually write bad reviews no matter the experience however I can’t let this slide. I booked an appointment for 7:00pm after booking there was a message that said appoint must be confirmed less than an hour later I gets a confirmed booking email appointment confirmed. I get to Studio 239 a little before 7pm. I walked in no greeting by neither one of the nail techs at all which was cool cause they were servicing other customers. After traveling through the rain after work with a family at home I find myself waiting there for almost an hour . I finally ask one of the nail techs not saying no names cause I’m not with throwing dirt on a persons name . I ask her name making sure she was the one I booked with and I said do you want me to come back the next day she says you here for me. Like what! you use a app for booking and you mean to tell me you didn’t get a notification that you had a confirmed appointment. Back to Milano nail bar I go. I only booked with them cause they stay open til 8pm and I didn’t want to spend my Saturday in the nail salon. Well I guess I’m spending part of my Saturday in the nail salon every other week cause they could neva!

Made an appointment for 4 today, less than 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was 5 mins out, I received a notification saying that my appointment was cancelled. Didn’t get a message or a call as to why it was cancelled and I tried calling to sort it out and nothing on their end which is unprofessional. So disappointing considering the fact that this place was recommended to me.

Convenient location, and one stop shop for all services! I went to Sam’s Studio for the MUA slay. I love her energy such a genuine soul! Appointments only, highly encouraged to book!
