When I walked in this big white last short hair was beyond rude and her attitude was so disgusting. She definitely was just trying to turn me away and get me out the studio. I did not feel welcomed at all! She didn’t want to help me find out who my appointment was for or anything she just kept sweeping and yelling that I have the wrong hair salon and that I don’t have an appointment and saying I’m not doing her hair I’m not helping her kept walking away from me. You could definitely tell she was racist and didn’t want anything to do with me. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her because her whole attitude and vibe was so disgusting!! I wish y’all had cameras to hear and see what she did to me! Thank God Lucy was there! She was so helpful and trying to help me find who scheduled my appointment! Lucy was so professional and nice! SHE REPRESENTED the studio VERY Well! Lucy welcomes me in even though that lady was trying to turn me away so quickly!! Lucy saw how I was being treated and decided to pull me to the other side to talk to me since that rude big lady was being so rude. Lucy you never done my hair before but I truly thank you that their are people like you still. My boyfriend and I were very disappointed in the way I was treated and my boyfriend even said “let’s get out of the racist salon she was so rude to you ,but Lucy thank you for you’re help. At least someone wanted to help you.” I really regret going there and glad my appointment was cancelled. I don’t like to be where I’m not wanted just because of my skin tone. I will not be returning to this salon. Good luck to any colored woman who approaches that big white lady with short hair. Some people never change regardless....Lucy, again thank you. You made me feel welcomed and not like I didn’t belong. Y’all need to reconsider who is representing your salon. This experience was a COMPLETE SHAME! Good thing I didn’t bring any of friends or family who are well known in this place they would of torn your salon to pieces on yelp bc of that lady. If only y’all knew who I know..you never know who is a daughter or friend of who! I’m just saying!!!

I'm always happy with my cuts here by April. For Covid safety they are open in limited capacity, chairs are separated by plastic curtains, masks required.
