If you have damaged or overheated hair she will help you start the repair process. I learned a lot from her about hair dying and boxed dyes at the store … things most don’t know. One of the best!! Joi did both my husband's hair and mine... cut/trim and my color. She is a joy and a pleasure and does an excellent job. We were both so impressed and also with her line of hair products which have brought my hair back to life. She also matched my eyebrows so they matched my hair as we dyed it darker then my natural color. Perfection! Cannot say enough wonderful things about Joi! Her Earth2Tonics has so many amazing products. It was a honor and an all around lovely experience at Studio Joi!!! We will be back again and again. What a find! My husband doesn't trust anyone to cut his hair and he was so happy. She really tailors the cut and style to your personality.

Stopped in for consultation appointment. You won't find a more creative, thoughtful, listener, that can give you the perfect Cut and Color. Studio Joi, Joi is the only Hair Stylist I have worked w/ that offers Aromatherapy in her treatments and can educate you on your Essential Oil use at home. Joi has cut and colored my hair many times. Peaceful environment.

Joi is extremely skilled and listens closely to how I like my hair cut/styled. She always gives me the exact cut I want. She also does my three sons’ hair. They’re all in their 20s, have wildly different types of hair, and all want different types of cuts. They love her. In addition, Joi makes house calls. She goes over to my 97 year old mother’s house and cuts and colors her hair - keeping her happy and looking great. I can’t recommend Joi enough.

Joi is a serious miracle worker. I had the craziest giant dreadlock in my hair after spending a week in the hospital without being able to wash it brush it. It was just a complete matted tangled mess. She was so patient and gentle, tangled all of it wash. My hair, gave me an awesome haircut, and then braided it all in a way that would make it comfortable to continue being in and out of the hospital with a broken arm, and unable to care for my hair myself. It wasn’t just a functional hairstyle either. It was legit amazing braids like the coolest hairstyle I’ve probably ever had anyhow! I love her all natural holistic centered approach to hair health and all things life. Visit her sanctuary two reconnect with your hair!
