This was my first time at this salon for a simple gel manicure. Terrible experience, and not a relaxing experience at all. Choose a different salon. my cuticles around my nails looked much better before coming in, all I wanted was a clean up and this manicure looks very sloppy and not clean at all, the nail polish is all around my nails and not on my actual nails but on the cuticles. I also had to ask for him to re-file the nails at the end to make them look less choppy. This looks horrible.

My mom visited Sugar Nails today, and they were so rude to her. My mom always takes her time picking her color, but, for some reason, Linh did not like how long my mom was taking to pick her color. She was being so rude to my mom. My mom politely told her it was okay if she didn’t have time to do her nails. Linh responded with you can pay me for what I did and leave if you want. My mom stayed because she didn’t want to give her the satisfaction of leaving since it was suggested by her. Also, my mom had my 7 month old niece with her. When my mom arrived my niece was sleeping. As time went on, my niece eventually woke up. Apparently, babies are not allowed because Linh was not happy. Side note: My mom did not have a sitter that is why the baby was there with her today. She usually doesn’t take the baby to the nail salon with her. Anyway, at the end of my mom’s manicure, Linh did not clean her cuticles, her the dust off or anything. My mom asked if she was finished, she said yes you can go wash your hands if you want to. My mom had a terrible experience. She was even rushed while she was trying to leave a tip. I don’t recommend.

I was happy with this place, but I got an infection from equipment and my nails fell off. Also, drilled into my nails so bad theres an indentation. The band was clearly dirty and should be replaced after each use.

Please DONT go to this place. They are rude like all the other comments say. Very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not sure how they get any business. 15 dollars for a toenail polish change. And 2 dollars for plastic shoes to walk out in. The man kneeled down the whole time doing my feet. He barely took off all the old polish. My feet was on a foot stool as I sat at the nail drying bar. I asked for the little shoes and some other old man screamed NO. I thought he was playing but he said it twice looking dead at me like he hated me. Someone else said two dollars. I left my 17 dollars and got the hell out of there. The whole establishment should be shut down. Most of these places are okay and more relatable. But they simply don’t care about their customers. So they won’t get any more of my money or my business. And I will spread the word that this is a horrible place.

Every time I go get my nails or toes done I come here. This was my first time ever getting acrylics and I was very pleased with the result and price is very fair.

This was my first time going to this place of business. Everyone treated you with hospitality upon arrival however, the service will need a bit of improvement. Yung did a good job on my feet however the message was not done properly. She only put the lotion on and rubbed it in. Kim did my nails. Kim did a good job however she will need to take her time and not rush through the nails. The dremal hurt my fingers plus she did not apply the acrylic in a manner to fill in properly. From the cuticle to the tip of the nail looks a little dis portioned. She also stated I need to pay for my service prior to completion and I told them I would pay after the service like everyone else did. I have never went to a nail salon where they asked me to pay prior to finishing the job. I believe this happened due to I requested her to slow down. They need to be sure that the experience is worth coming back. Rushing through the service at first and not allowing a new client to get use to you is not the way to keep customers coming back. Overall the service is ok however needs improvement.

Worst pedicure experience ever! A pedicure here consists of soaking your feet in water then painting your toes. Once painted they dry your toes with handheld fans…Horrible customer service & extremely rude employees. Don’t waste your time or your money.
