Lovely day with my daughter-in-law. We had a massage and facial. Sunee and Brad were perfect hosts and provided excellent service. Package was complete with a smoothie and roses.

I love this place!! Brad and Sunee are the best!! Always friendly and professional , good prices and they also have monthly specials!! The facility is always clean. And I love that they are always able to squeeze me in last minute!! I’ve been getting massages over 19 years and this lovely couple definitely gets the job done!! This spa has been a gem in Yuma since 1984! Brad and Sunee the wonderful couple that run this business put their heart into healing whoever walks through their door. Whether you want a quick reset of a 30 minute foot reflexology massage or a 2+ hour complete spa day they are amazing and are always my go to! I have lived out of town for over a decade and still come back to them!

I would give less than one star if possible. My experience was the worst massage experience I've ever had. When I made the appointment, I expressed that I wanted the therapeutic massage, not swedish. I got the impression he was pushing me toward swedish; I thought that was odd. When I arrived, I was greeted by Brad and he directed me to the treatment room. He did not do an intake in terms of finding out about my issues and concerns. I personally feel that the intake is an important part of the healing process. It is possible to not do an intake and still deliver quality therapeutic massages; this did not prove to be the case here.
As for the massage itself, it was not therapeutic at all. It resembled a poorly delivered swedish massage, which is not what I was paying for. At one point toward the end of the session, he used a heating pad and dabbed it on my back. It was weird.
After the session, I expressed my confusion and disappointment. Brad got very defensive and said it was specialized treatments that I did not understand. At this point I told him I have been a licensed massage practitioner for the last 15 years to present. He was very upset that I had not disclosed that information to him. I didn't realize it was a requirement to tell him my profession. In truth, if he would have done an intake, he mind have discovered this information. The question is, how would my session have been different if I had disclosed the information?
Not that it matters but I have seen no evidence that there is a Sunee. All the reviews are regarding Brad and he was the only one in the office when I was there. What matters to me is choice; it doesn't seem like there is an option to choose her as a therapist.
He ended up charging me the price for a swedish massage, which he tried to talk me into when I initially made the appointment. I begrudgingly paid that price, left the office, and went to another massage therapist immediately after paying for what was supposed to be therapeutic massage. The second place was newly open, run by Chinese people that barely spoke English. Despite that, they were very kind and welcoming. My therapist barely said one word to me but delivered a satisfying experience for me. She may not speak the same language as me but she clearly knew what she was doing.
In conclusion, I highly recommend avoiding this business or maybe ask for a session with Sunee, I can't comment on her skills, she may know what she is doing.

Best massage I’ve had in awhile. Sunee knows her stuff, she worked out knots on my neck and back that I didn’t even know I had! Feel so much relief! 🙂

Called and left a message on the voice mail but no return phone call. Another massage center returned my call within an hour and so I booked the appointment with them for the following day.
