This is such a wonderful, relaxing place to spend the day. There are separate spaces for men and women as well as coed for outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Snacks and drinks are included. Bottled water and tea. Fruit, crunchy delicious snacks as well. The massage is not included but I highly recommend. You can come and go as you please while the spa is open. The dressing area has toothbrushes, brushes, haircare products etc. ( women's side) Wonderful and kind staff. I was visiting from Washington and this was a treat

One of my fav spas in the Coachella valley/Palm Springs area. The services are a bit pricey (for the area) in my opinion - $80 for pedicure, almost $200 for a massage however they do offer a day pass for $75 should you choose not to do a service.

The amenities are clean and typically operational which include - indoor jacuzzi (for women), outdoor jacuzzi for men, individual steam rooms, saunas, relaxation lounges with zero gravity chairs and a co-ed relaxation lounge with teas, water, nuts and fruit as snacks. Outside in the back, there is a small co-ed outdoor pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs. Beware of insects outside by the pool, there are always bees/wasps outside who have stung guests in the past, the spa maintenance team needs to manage this area better so guests can enjoy the outdoor areas as well. Food and beverage service is offered outdoors.

They had several beautiful areas to relax in. The pool is heated. Several lounge chairs at pool. Healthy snacks. The fitness center has great cardio machines. The staff is super sweet. They have everything (hair dryer, sunscreen, tampons, q-tips, brush, toothbrush, spray deodorant, face wash, etc.) you need, just take a swimsuit and clothes.

My wife and I stayed at Agua Caliente and went to the Sunstone Spa on the last day of our stay. We both did the 90 minute Sunstone Signature massage and came out saying it was the best massage we've ever had. Gabriella took the time to ask a lot of questions ahead of time and customized my session with a combination of massage and stretching and I left feeling amazing. She is highly recommended!

Had the most phenomenal facial here. Rented a cabana for the day which was wonderful. Only complaint is that 2nd cabana wasn't rented so some noisy family just took it over. Not sure that is really fair to people that pay.

I booked 4 of the exact same massages at the same time during one call. They made a mistake and gave one in our group the wrong massage - 90 minute therapeutic instead of 60 minute swedish. We were searching for our fourth person after we had completed our services and even asked the staff to help us find her.They had no idea where she was and couldn't even tell us if she was still in her massage. They charged $75 more even though that's not what we signed up for and refused any compromise. Not a credit, not a sorry... Just a tough luck. The manager said we had signed a form upon arrival and services had been rendered. We all thought this form was a liability waiver and they didn't ask us to review or confirm the service. They gave us the back of the form and just told us to sign. It's too bad. We all enjoyed our massages and the massage therapists were very good as well as the locker room staff. The day was very relaxing but the ending was very stressful. The management is really the problem when they can't get your services straight, they lose their clients and then blame you.

I'm writing a review because every time I go here, the service is next level. My last visit I was there with my mom in October 2022 to have a spa day before her birthday. I loved every minute of it. As soon as you walk in the doorway there is this amazing smell of essential oils that makes you forget about everything and glad you're about to check in for the spa! My personal favorite is the sauna and hot jacuzzi. The spa area is clean, organized, modern, and very relaxing. The snacks are healthy and there is also fresh drinking water throughout the spa. The attendants were very informative and attentive to our experience. I was able to order lunch from the spa area which was then delivered to me while I was out relaxing by the pool. It was effortless and made my visit much more relaxing as I didn't have to get redressed and leave the spa to go to the restaurant. The only suggestion I would make is to have a gluten-free option in the snack area, its not a necessity but it would be nice to have that option. As we were checking out, my mom received a birthday gift box with spa goodies inside, which was so nice of a detail because it was unexpected and it made her feel special. Thank you Felicia, Francisca, and Rosa for making my mom's birthday spa day so relaxing and enjoyable.

My husband and I go to the Sunstone Spa every year. Their day pass is a great deal, total relaxation in a beautiful setting.
