I recently tried a one-hour float at Synergy Float Spa, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and thoroughly explained the process. The facility was clean, calming, and beautifully designed to create a relaxing atmosphere.

The float itself was amazing—one hour of weightlessness and silence really helped me disconnect and recharge. The water was perfectly warm, and the room was quiet and dark, which made it easy to relax deeply. By the end of the session, I felt refreshed and clear-headed, with a noticeable reduction in muscle tension and my skin felt healed.

I highly recommend Synergy Float Spa for anyone looking to try floating for relaxation or stress relief. I’ll definitely be coming back! I went on to have the most amazing facial by Carolyn in the same venue at Harmony Holistic Skin Skin Spa.

The float session was amazing! The pods were impeccably clean, spacious, and provided the perfect environment for complete relaxation. It’s such a unique experience, and I left feeling refreshed, mentally clear, and physically lighter.

I just got done with my first float at this beautiful center. I lived in San Francisco for many years and got the chance to experience float tanks there, so it’s amazing to see one pop up in little ol’ Merritt Island! This one is phenomenally set up, with loads of unique therapies including large size float tanks with beautiful lighting and features. The double tandem float tank is especially unique and my partner (who had never done it) was absolutely enthralled. The staff is amazing and the serene outdoor area is an awesome extra feature that holds so much potential for great activities and events! Yay for consciousness expanding in Brevard! I went in not knowing what to expect honestly, but even then they completely exceeded my expectations! the entire experience was amazing. from the moment i walked in, the environment was so calming, i was welcomed by a super sweet front desk assistant and given a full tour of the place where i saw the red light therapy and the cold plunge to sauna which i made a mental note to make sure i do, then i was taken to my float pod. it was so cool, she explained to me the whole process and told me how to use the float pod. i ate a little mint, put in my ear plugs and got in. i chose to do lights off and sound off. I have never felt so relaxed. also i was a little skeptical i would actually float but like i was completely afloat without any effort! after i finished and washed off the salt water i was able to go inside and use their after amenities where i used some lovely face moisturizer and dried my hair. then i sat in the lounge and have a cup of big dog kombucha (shout out big dog i love them!!) overall an amazing experience and i cannot recommend it enough! ive already told so many people including my parents who went to experience it for themselves and loved it just as much!! i felt relaxed for days after 🤍

If you consider yourself a wellness lover, a bio- hacker or a spiritual seeker, you will feel like a kid in a candy store here! Everything is incredibly well thought out. The place is beautiful, comfortable and clean and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. Try the Lucia light and sound bed if you’re up for a transformational, expansive experience!

Had an interesting date night with my love this week. We went for a couples float @synergyfloatspa I cannot lie we were a little nervous. We enjoyed our float and came out very relaxed. They have several tanks and a wide range of therapies. Jenny took complete care of us and chatted with us a bit after our float. We enjoyed some nice mint tea , regained our bearings and were ready for the outside world again. All night my husband couldn’t quit noticing the softness of our skin and the positive vibes we both felt. Will be back!
