Took myself , 3 girls and my mother to get hands and feet done. The nails looked nice but not what I asked for . Told the lady we wanted gel nails we ended up with acrylic. I got a pedi, the person who did my feet seemed like they couldnt care less about being there or us being there. She literally cut me and my daughter and when I flinched she looked at me like I was being dramatic when I was actually bleeding! Next time I'll just drive the few extra miles to town and get everyone done where folks at least act like you aren't a bother.

They are family oriented and a lovely couple. They fit me right on in, when ever I need it! They always do a good job! Sometimes I have an issue choosing colors, bc the customer behind me is eager to see the basket to choose a color! Smh. Be patient people, they taught you that at school. I don't get charged for add'l colors. She loves the colors I pick, tells me I have cute feet, since Im petite! Ha ha. Love it.

I used T&L nails this afternoon. I initially went for only a pedicure but I decided to have a manicure with gel polish done as well. The establishment was very calm, nice and clean. They were using several measures as well to protect against Covid 19 which I also liked. The ladies that provided my care were both very sweet and caring and took their time which I highly value. Great customer service is important and they were wonderful! Their work was great and they made sure I was satisfied before leaving. My nails turned out great! I will say that in other nails salons, they would usually massage your hands, fingers and wrist area for a couple short minutes but they didn't here today. I missed that part but overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will certainly be back!

I went in for a full acrylic set; it was my first time doing so. I wanted a very simple design with an accent nail on my ring fingers. They came out very crooked, uneven and bumpy. I had to go back in and I asked if they could fix it. The lady stood up and just filed them down a bit. They were still very crooked and she blamed me for wanting a coffin style. After being there for an hour and having to ask many times for them to fix it I just left. I don’t recommend going here

They did an amazing job on my daughter's nails for prom. They are friendly and welcoming, and they remember you, even when you only come in a few times a year.

My daughter had her nails done here they did a horrible job ! Polish was thinking and see through. Every nail different shape and size. Requested refund and the owners smart mouth daughter hung up on me. Told me she did not care and was not refunding money. They told my daughter it would cost $10 to have their garbage work removed.
Will dispute with my bank !
STAY AWAY THEY JUST ARE OUT FOR YOUR MONEY !

Took a friend there for some much needed girl time. The man was very rude to her. When I went to pay the boy they have working there seen I didnt leave a tip on my card cause I was going to leave it in cash painted my nails worse than my 9 year old. I ended up leaving without tipping. I plan to go elsewhere with my business
