I went for a dip manicure. I stopped mid way through and said that I wasn’t happy with what I was seeing. I was told to be patient and that it would be fine. It was not. It was too thick and very clumpy. When asked if I was satisfied, I said no but I was ignored. This is my thumb less than 24 hours later.

I had been staying in the area for work & needed to find a good nail shop. Initially I attempted a couple other places that didn’t seem to want my business. I raced to T&D Nails right before closing and they gladly took care of me. My 1st visit I got a mani & pedi… Emily made sure I left happy & did an awesome job on my nails. I went back last night for a new set. I was again welcomed with a smile & received great service. The whole staff there takes pride in their work & making their guests happy. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality service. I will be back when in the area again. Thank You Emily❤️

Not a huge fan of how they removed my old nails, (pried up instead of soaked off) it was a bit rough, BUT the end result of the new set is adorable and it was the fastest ombre I've ever got. They matched the colors for me from a photo (from a previous review). They aren't too thick. The taper near the cuticle is smooth and as natural as acrylic can get like super A+ on that. $75 for removal and full ombre set with clear gel topcoat.

The first couple times I came here it was great, I bragged to everyone. My step daughter and I went a week ago and had a not so great experience. We both got basic gel pedicures, and it was a poor excuse for pedicures to say the least. The same guy did her full set and my dip powder, he was more worried about the alabama game on TV than doing quality work on our nails. I mean he charged me $220 for 2 basic gel pedicures, a full set of acrylic nails (which had a few messed up places on them once we got home and really looked) and mine were dip powder that started chipping off in a just a couple days. Now, I have to pay someone again to redo my nails after just a week. I live 1.5 hours away so I can't just stop back by. Don't know when I'll be back.

I’ve been here twice so far and the staff was super friendly. They seem to do really well with designs too! Both times I had reference pictures and they were spot on. Definitely going back!!

This is the only nail salon that I have been to more than once in Florence, Alabama. They provide exactly what I ask for a reasonable price. I only get SNS dip powder on my real nails and they have a TON of colors to chose from. Shape always on point. Literally my favorite nails ever!!!

EMILY DID AWESOME JOB ON MY NAILS. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE. I WILL BE BACK TO GET MY NAILS DONE AGAIN.
