I am only leaving one star in order to print this review otherwise I would not leave any. I have taken careful consideration in writing this review as I am a two-time business owner myself. This review is not meant to destroy anyone only to state the facts of what happened to me and of course to warn others. I have never left a bad review anywhere for anything and I am 53 years old. That should tell you how terrible this experience was and why I felt the need to leave one now.
I was referred to the salon by an employee to Brittany. I have absolutely no idea how long she has been doing Hair because I saw no cosmetology license posted. However, I can tell you I received the worst highlight job and haircut I have ever had in my life. The worst part of this is my son is getting married in 10 days and I will be in family photos with this terrible haircut. I did go fully prepared with pictures of myself the exact haircut I wear, and even the exact color blonde highlights I expected to receive. Any seasoned Hairdresser should have been able to do this in two hours. After almost 4 hours, Brittany left her room, secretly went to the owner, told her I was unhappy and had made her cry. During this time I was sitting for what should have been 10 minutes with a brown color on my hair to cover the blonde lines around the back of my head. The timer went off, but Brittany did not return. I had to go looking for her in the shop calling out her name. She emerged from a closed room only to rinse (not shampoo) the color from my hair with ice cold water! At that moment, two other women appeared in front of me. They claimed to be the owner and her daughter. These two women told me how wrong I was to have made her cry. No one ever apologized for ruining my hair. I never saw Brittany cry 1 tear, there was no reason to because I was never rude to her. I on the other hand was fighting back the tears the entire time. It was my hair that was chopped off to look like a boy and now three different colors!! Remember, this was my first time ever visiting this salon. I did ask them why they were verbally attacking me, but then I was asked to leave with a wet head. After all of this, I had no problem doing so, but asked for my deposit back on my way out the front door.
My husband drove me to this appointment. He is my witness as he sat right outside Brittany‘s door during this whole process. He also noticed something I did not, there is a sign that says your service may be done by a student or an apprentice. As I stated earlier, I do not know if Brittany is an apprentice or a student. I do know this, no one wants their hair screwed up as bad as mine is. So take this review as a warning and ask plenty of questions on who is going to be cutting and styling your hair.

Love Beth. She has done an awesome job with most of my family's hair. One of the best hair stylist I know. I only go to her now. She can also make jewelry.

Teresa was AMAZING. My hair is a very long length and I am very picky about who touches my hair. Teresa gave me the best client experience I have had in a business in a while. I also had my 4 year old daughter with me and her and the staff did not hesitate to make her feel right at home. We most deft will be back. Thank you a great experience!!!’

These ladies are amazing. They all work together to help whether washing or blowing out or color questions. I see Chelsie and she is a true miracle worker. I used to hate my hair and she has helped my fall back in love with it!!!

Had Tonda do a partial highlight and feathered layers on my hair around mid-September and it’s now December and my color and cut has grown out beautifully and still looks amazing! Very welcoming and professional environment, will definitely be booking with them again <3

I was treated so nicely. You never know by some reviews exactly what to expect. This is a fantastic salon. The people really care about their clientele. THE BEST place I've ever been to. I love my hair and I will definitely be going back.
Trinity took the time to get to know me and made some wonderful suggestions, as well as giving me tips on products and haircare.
Next time I'll be going for a salon day with a mani-pedi. ?
