Terri is the best! This is my second time around and I am just as satisfying as the first. She is fast and neat with her braiding styles! Every part and baby hair of mines is slayed! She cares about her work because her name is on it And her shop is too cute, comfortable and cozy.

Terri is very talented but unprofessional. I visited her studio once and she seemed to be forcing herself to be nice and it was awkward. She is a great braider and I loved my braids. However, her tone on social media & emails to clients is terrible. It’s so off putting that you don’t want to return. Anywhere from chastising her clients online about how she is overworked and they “better know” that prices will go up and it will be harder to book her. If you own a business and enjoy what you do why punish clients for booking services? It also seems that anytime she has a negative experience with a client she sends an email to ALL clients with a “new rule”. For example, her latest upset is no working from your laptop while being serviced. When I visited her a while back she welcomed that I bring my laptop because she had WiFi and wanted to accommodate me. To receive this email is odd. I will also note that prior to my appointment I received very dry and unwelcoming communication about wearing a mask. I always wear a mask so while the communication was negative I appreciated that she wanted to keep us both safe. However, when I arrived she was not wearing a mask and when she did put one on she wore it halfway off her face for my entire appointment. It seems that she is very temperamental. This is another burned out stylist taking it out on clients rather than working for a new career. I wish her the best because this is not a good look.
