This review is based on “walk in customer service.”
I walked in looking for a barber to cut my son hair and the barbers wasn’t welcoming at all! I was prepared for them to say no walk in and I was fine with that. They were all standing there not saying anything except the barber in the first chair. He sent me to the barber in the back into the small room and he was rude. He didn’t welcome me bacc for another day, wasn’t polite at all. His energy said it all. I asked him if he had any openings… He looked at me and said “no I don’t” rolling his eyes and that was it! treated me “unkindly”and his customer service was very unprofessional. Not welcoming. I’m big on kind people and good customer service and for this reason I will never come bacc.

Best hair cut ever received ! Man I've been to every place in the valley and no one cuts hair like these guys. I'm Latino and I got real thick messy curly hair and I'm not saying every Latino has the same hair but it's difficult going to barbers that don't know how to deal with my type of hair! These guys though we're on point! I came out looking fresh and clean man! Not even joking go get your hair cut with these guys they are professional and friendly too. Cool people ! I'll be back again.

Great Shop! One of the best in the Valley!!! Fab also has another shop in Sherman Oaks on Ventura... this is even a better shop!!! If you're looking for a sharp line up or tight fade; go to either shop. I've been a loyal customer for 8 years and have a high expectation for my hair care, FAB has never disappointed!!!

Went in and asked how long to cut my sons hair, the first guy that's there when u walk in said 15 min So I said that perfect. Me and wife are waiting and then 15 min pass by and then this young guy said that he's ready. Then I get up and take my son and he said he can't cut my sons hair I said why? Then he said that he already cut a lil kids hair earlier and that he only cuts a lil kids hair once a day. So I asked if there was anyone who can cut his hair and another guy that was cutting hair next to him said he could to just give him 10min well 35min pass by and nothing. This guys talk about smashing girls, smoking weed etc... very unprofessional. Worst place to get a haircut. Try and avoid this place.

The artist who painted the murals is as resentful as the barber Fab. My brother only trusts him to take proper care of his hair. Play pool while you wait or schedule an appointment for faster service!

Awesome place. Great haircut. TV playing with a pool table to pass the time if you walked in without an appointment. Friendly barbers who clearly know what they’re doing.
