Must say this is one of the friendliest barbershops in the Fort Smith River Valley area!. My experience there is always warm and welcoming and full of energy. These people really know what they’re doing and take pride in their job. Shout out to Beth the Barber!!!

❤️?❤️Where to start...! This establishment is AMAZING!!! From the first phone call to the farewell the service could not be better! My mom is fighting breast cancer and will be starting chemotherapy soon. With these treatments she will lose all of her hair so she opted to cut most of it to ease the transition. She had a very detailed and specific idea in mind and the manager, Marco, handled it with ease! Other staff surrounded us and provided great conversation and care too, making sure we, and especially my mother, were as comfortable as possible throughout the entirety of the process. Thank you so much to everyone at the Barber Room for making this very emotional experience one that will be a great memory for myself and my mother! You are ALL truly amazing people!!!❤️?❤️

Got the best beard trim/clean up from Clint Collins. 10/10 would recommend this man for all your hair needs. Down home good guy and we will be returning every time. Google won't let me give him 10 stars

I was able to get a walk in appointment and Clint was the barber I was lucky enough to cut my hair. He did an excellent job on my hair and beard,was friendly and made me feel like I had always come to that barber shop.and the price is more than fair for the quality of service. It is my new permanent spot so I get what I pay for and more every time.

I had an amazing experience at The Barber Room with Ais Sanchez! He did an absolutely fantastic job with my cut, paying attention to every detail and making sure I left the chair looking sharp. His skills are unmatched, and I can confidently say he’s the best barber in Fort Smith. If you’re looking for precision, style, and great service, Ais is your guy!

This is actually the only barber shop I’m comfortable going in by myself as a single mom. Roni, Marco & Clint are all awesome barbers! My son has sensory issues and hates getting his hair cut but they’re all great with him! Everyone is friendly and professional, will definitely return !

First time and last time here. For the barber to be so upset that I provided feedback and post only my messages on social media AFTER blocking me is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Blocking me from booking if she felt she didn’t want us as a customer again would’ve been on thing. However, to block me on social media then post my messages to get validation from her followers is crazy. I never asked for a refund she offered it. I never would’ve expected one either because I said I liked it and left the shop as to what she thought was a satisfied customer. I actually even tipped her still. To complain that his hair texture wasn’t the same as the pictures I sent her when I clearly stated without product his hair is dry and I would be bringing him without product in his hair - as anyone should is ridiculous as well. If she felt as if she wasn’t able to do it or achieve the look I was going for then as a professional she should’ve said that. However, she didn’t and made it seem as if there was no issue. I did mention cutting his hair lower if needed and that was only because it was his first time getting his hair cut. So not knowing how he would act if he were crying and moving I mentioned going lower to make the process faster. I mentioned that again before starting and she said it wouldn’t be needed. This post is for the lack of professionalism this barber showed by posting on social media simply because I messaged and said I didn’t like it. Please do better!
