Haircuts were always at least decent and atmosphere nice. But prices have increased drastically and dramatically over the years. And for a local barbershop, quite close minded towards client requests. I stopped coming here almost 2 years ago because I chose to grow my hair out and have been seeing a professional a list quality stylist, the price reflects, but the process is multiple hours long and drinks and food provided.
I have decided it’s time for change and buzzed my own hair and I I need left done is a 5-10 min taper fade. I know how to do one and what it takes but it’s hard to step out of my own body and look at the back of my own head. Kinda of a joke if you ask me.
So let it be known if anyone needs a simple buzz cut with your hairlines groomed, do it yourself unless you want a taper fade. (Edit): they’re are also many many salons and shops that will give you a FULL haircut for the oh so high price of $25, see my point now?

Great place for a man to experience an authentic Barber Shop. Excellent quality and precision. David is a shining example of someone taking pride in their work. Never satisfied, unless the customer is. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a clean, professional look.

Been coming here since they opened with my then 5 year old son. Now he's 17. Came in for my first ever beard trim and cleanup. They did a great job, as always. Great business!

Couldn't recommend this location stronger... I believe in doing people right when they do me right and keeping my word. Therefore I wanted to make this review because everyone should go to Castaic Barber shop! We're satisfaction is guaranteed and you'll be looking 10 times better when you leave!

Very clean tools, shop, everything! Courteous, talented barbers. Excellent results. My son refuses to go anywhere else but here! He gets beard trim with his haircuts & is more than happy with the results every time. Very modestly priced as well.
Recommended to everyone because this shop is above par in every aspect!

There is five barbers now! Love this place. Definitely know how to take care of their customers. They all know how to cut all hair types and I’ve been taking my kids here for years. Always recommending to friends and family.

David did an excellent job. Easily one of the most detailed haircuts/beard trims I've ever gotten, and it didn't feel too speedy or too slow. Got exactly what I asked for. Clean shop, nice guys, will definitely go here again. Easy recommendation!
