The place is filthy. There are uncleaned stations. They is hair all over the place. Floor doesn’t look like it’s is cleaned daily. Not one Chopra has a license on the mirror. Every shop I have been in has those.

There's this guy shaves my beard without applying any cream, even a warm water. I've even got a bit cut. My face is red and skin is burning for hours. No actual trimming of beard, just dry shaving.

The worse part is that he takes dog poop, and doesn't clean his hand before haircut.

If you want poor service, unclean clippers and barbers who have no idea what they’re doing, then come to this shop. I’ve been there twice (second time is where things went wrong). I asked for a mid fade, and to be able to comb my hair over. The barber, Isaac, didn’t understand what I said and gave me a military cut with a poor fade. I can live with a bad haircut, hair grows back, but I can’t live with unclean work environments. That’s exactly what happened. You’d think that cleaning clippers would be standard protocol, but not here. Now I’ve got folliculitis, and my head is in constant, SEVERE pain. I asked for my money back and I was told “nope, service was performed and we offered to fix it, but you refused”. Go figure, the same barbers who messed up your hair and gave you folliculitis now think a touch up will fix things. Tread carefully with this business, they don’t know what they’re doing.
