Congratulations Sadie after 74 years this is the worse haircut I have ever had. Even after I showed you a picture and instructed you exactly what I wanted. And this was going to be a very special Holiday Season for me....and by the way
Cutting hair dry sucks. I'm really surprised Todd everyone in your shop used to be the best.

WOW ? An HEE ?A hurtful, expensive experience. I take care of my hair and I'm very selective as to where I entrust my locks but sometimes it turns out sour. Joy may be a nice person but to be a conscientious and responsible professional hairstylist takes a bit of an investment and caring. Her cheap blowdryer and hair pulls with ocasional scalp burns left me wishing her all the best. I'm not coming back and suggest caution for those who are used to competitive coiffeurs. Bladerunner Salon, please be mindful of clients time, trust and faith in you?

Laurette was amazing! She studied my hair for a few minutes figuring out what would work best. She did methods such as ghost layers and face framing to make my hair look more flattering and lighter (I have thick and long hair). She was so easy to talk to and did an amazing job bringing out my natural waves. Todd is amazing too, my entire family uses him and he never disappoints! Thank you so much blade runner!

Joy is inexperienced and this place is not reasonably priced. There are better places in town and better priced. A complete waste of my precious time and money ? after a color and highlight session with JOY? my hair was over processed the roots on the crown not covered ? some of us DO NOT have time to waste.

Both myself and my husband go to Amanda Kay at Bladerunner Salon. She is AMAZING ?. She does a awesome work. My husband usually just gets haircuts. Amanda has done my color and haircuts. We won’t go anywhere else!!!

Very friendly staff, love the environment, so open! I booked with Mandy. She is so fun and generous. She colored my hair a red-violet and gave great advice and knowledge about my hair. Great first time experience!

Cameron was phenomenal! I was in town for a wedding and walked by this place. Was able to make an appointment for a few hours later during my sons nap. I arrived 15 min early and Cameron was waiting for me. She got me started right away and was very thurough, listening to everything I was looking for and using her expertise to help me achieve a look that suited my face shape and personal style. It took a bit longer than expected, my husband and son were waiting, but that is only because she took her time to get it right. That’s often hard to find. I will be back whenever we are in the area.

I had previously won a hundred dollar gift card at a Bridal Event, and I was in SLO for the weekend to find a dress. Perfect opportunity to use the card to buy things at their store! We walked in and we were greeted, the salon is really nice. I picked out 6 things to buy with my gift card and my card. My sister saw a sign that said Free gift for birthdays and first time in the store, she innocently asked if that applied to us, just being curious. The girl checking us out didn't know (she was very sweet) and she went to ask a guy with brown hair who was working on someone. He was very rude, I mean rolling his eyes rude and scoffing saying that it's for people getting services done. She walked back and the whole time he was staring at us like we were idiots. I wanted to cry, who works with people on a daily basis and doesn't know how to respond right to others. I got checked out, and she took my number in case I ever came back and I let her know I would never return. That kind of ugliness really hit me hard when I left. Hope no one ever books with him, and I wish I had a name!!
