I have never been so disappointed. I asked for hybrid set for my eyelashes instead of I received a full classic old school nail shop set!!!! I’m so mad I paid $200 for this!! These eyelashes are so short there is nothing hybrird about it!!! They don’t look natural at all just a cluster of short eyelashes!!! And they used the wrong glue my eyes burned the whole time! I was rushing and my normal place was booked, but I definitely want a refund for these short eyelashes that I now have to pay someone to take off!! My eyes have not stopped watering and the eyelashes are hard and fill synthetic!!

I’ve been going to Anshu for lash extensions since 2020 and I am never disappointed!! Anshu is so sweet and always makes sure I’m cozy and comfortable. Her attention to detail means that whether I want a light hybrid or a full wispy volume she always delivers. I’ve also had brow/upper lip threading services over the years and have always gotten exactly what I asked for. I live in LA now but I always make sure to see Anshu when I’m in town. Lovely service!! My brow artist was Super kind and so easy to talk too. The space is very chic, clean and sleek. I’ve never had a massage after getting my brows done before so the service is so worth the price. Can’t wait to come back!

Got lashes for the first time and love them! Anshu is such an amazing tech and has such a deep passion for her work. She was so patient and kind even when I got squirmy lol. Love her work and love coming here!

Made an appointment online for brow threading, brow tint, and lash tint. When I walked in there were 4 walk ins ahead of me. Very frustrating as my appointment was not honored and I had to get a baby sitter for no reason.

I’ve been going to this threading salon for the past 2 years. I get my eyebrows threaded every 2-3 months as I have thin eyebrow hairs and very sparse. I always ask for a clean up on my lower brow and a light clean above my brow. I have a natural arch so I NEVER ask for them to shape my brows. I always emphasize on how thin the ends of my brows are and uneven.

I had an appointment at 10:30 and got there 5 minutes prior. I was greeted and told that she was running behind.

The last couple times, I’ve had to wait even with my appointment. It’s not a big deal when it happens 1 or 2 times but I’ve had to wait repeatedly.

What I am the most upset about is that I asked her to lightly clean up and that I didn’t want her to touch too much of my upper brow and she did the exact opposite.

Not sure what her name was but when she handed me the mirror I saw that a good portion of my upper brow was missing. She tried brushing my eyebrows to “cover” the spot but there was no way to cover up that huge mistake. She didn’t want to admit she threaded half my brow off or didn’t even apologize.

It sucks because I’ve been to this place before and gotten my eyebrows done and it wasn’t that bad but this time I went and it was just something as simple as their chair being so high up I’m not the tallest person. I’m also not the shortest but but the seat was terribly high to the point where I could barely get on the chair and then once I got off, I almost broke my whole entire neck up I fell so hard against the wall against the wall because the chair fell forward, scraped up the bottle out of my leg and just like so, let’s just say I will not be going back there

This place does great eyebrows but unfortunately doesn't honor their provided rewards program. That's pretty annoying but great work otherwise.

Update: the last 2 times I've come here this year (2024) my brows have looked horrible. I'm not sure what happened to Ambika but she always had my brows looking right. Whomever the new girl is, she needs more training to be on the le el of the girls that were there before her. I'm sure it's not easy being the only brow girl there but I'm at the point where I'm going to find a new spot. I read through a few of the 1 star reviews and many of the girls had the same issue where she threaded too much from the front off and that's what happened to me last time I went. I was horrified.
