I’ve been going to Shawn for years, and simply put, he’s the best barber I’ve ever had in New York City.

I first found Shawn when I lived just a couple blocks away, and I’ve stuck with him ever since. Even after moving up to Harlem, I still make the trip down to see him because no one else compares. His skill, attention to detail, and creativity are on another level.

What sets Shawn apart is how much he genuinely cares about giving you the best cut possible. I trust him completely, so I usually just sit back and let him do his thing. He knows my preferences, but he also brings his own creativity and vision into the mix, and the result is always better than I imagined. It’s a rare thing to find a barber who you can just say “do what you think is best” and walk out feeling like a million bucks - Shawn is that barber.

When it was time for my son to get his very first haircut, there was no hesitation, I brought him to Shawn. I knew he’d be in good hands, and sure enough, Shawn was amazing with him. He made the whole experience smooth and positive, and now he’s the only person my son will let cut his hair.

I’ve been going to Danny to get my haircut now for the last 2 years. He recently moved to this shop. I’ve had a few different hairstyles of varying lengths and every haircut by Danny has been fantastic. I’ve always left feeling great about my cut. He is also great at sculpting my beard which I have also had styled long and short over the last 2 years. He can do it all. This barbershop is also spacious, relaxing, and has a nice waiting area.
