I have been searching for a great hair stylist for years. Too nervous to spend the money and not having a good referral made me just keep dying my own hair out of a box. My blonde hair had become yellow, dry and frizzy from a recent mishap. I came across this salon while driving down Hwy 116 into Sebastopol the other day. I met with a stylist named Nicole. Told her about what I wanted to do with my hair. She took the time to access my hair, and gave me a game plan for what she thought would be best in achieving the look. I booked an appointment the following week. She did an AMAZING job! Best haircut I've had since I lived in NYC. Color is perfect. Price was just right (and cheaper than most places around town). While getting my hair fixed, I noticed the salon was busy. Every station. Every person seemed happy and their hair looked really nice. And, Nicole is a total sweetheart 🙂 Very patient, kind and skilled. She is now my go-to hair stylist! Love, love, love her. Thank you!

Curly girls — GO SEE JOE. I have long 2C/3A curls and my hair got trashed by another stylist. He helped me come up with a plan for repair, and then gave me one of the best cuts of my life. He does something similar to Deva cut, but with his own touches thrown in (informed by decades of running a salon). My hair looks amazing right now, almost no matter what I put on it. I’m stunned. Joe was so careful, listened to me, and helped me out when I simply said I wasn’t sure quite what to ask for. And they aren’t interested in charging you an arm and a leg. I am so glad to have found this place!

My hair needed a lot of work and the staff here was so great. My stylist was Kianna and she was very patient, thoughtful and professional. My hair turned out better than I expected (went from grown-out blonde highlights to dark and covered the grays). Overall a great experience!

Eva is definitely your stylist for color!! She's SUCH a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when someone is literally changing the color of the first thing people notice on you. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted but I was not super set on any particular idea. I told her in our consultation a few weeks ago that I wanted my face/crown greys to slowly start to be integrated into my color/highlights but I also didn't want stark highlights nor in 4-6 weeks have to deal with obvious demarcation where root growth had begun. She is a true artist and professional and worked her magic. I've heard it said that hairdressers aren't magicians? Well, this is INCORRECT with Eva. She's amazing. And watching her work is truly watching an artist create art. And the outcome was better than I even knew I hoped it would be! She was able to integrate my old blonde growth with my new highlights and toner and did a beautiful root shadow (I honestly didn't even know what that was before today). It turned out so natural looking and really brightened up my face and gave my hair so much more dimension! I'm in LOVE! If you are on the fence about booking your hair appointment, this is your sign to let Eva make you look like a brighter, more you version of you! I feel amazing and I have Eva to thank. Also, everyone in the salon seems very nice and approachable. And the salon is very clean and well appointed too! Check it out!

I’ve been seeing her for about 6 months now and she is patient, kind, and will work with you to get exactly what you want, even if you don’t know what you want yet! I highly recommend her.

GO TO EVA! I recently went in for a haircut and wasn’t sure what I should do as far as color and treating my hair to be healthy. Eva was AMAZING in helping guide me in what color and treatment would be best for my hair. The results came out great and I am very very happy. Other than her skills, she herself is absolutely lovely to be around. She made me very comfortable and I was taken care of very well. I prebooked for my next appointment, definitely looking forward to it. Thank you Eva!
